Freezer is up and running and doing what it is suppose to do. It's not bad looking either. It did arrive with a crack in the top which doesn't seem to impact it's performance. My previous freezer died and I needed a freezer right away or lose tons of food so I did not try to return it. Except for that, I am happy with the freezer.

After having the freezer for less than 3 months it stopped keeping food frozen. We had it set up as directed and still lost shelves of food. We were hoping for a cost effective solution to an upright freezer and instead we have lost time, energy, food and cash.

I had this freezer delivered to my home. Arrived at my home with dent in front door which didn't bother me since no one else is gonna see it but unwrapped it and let it sit for 4 days. Then plugged it in and worked great for 3 weeks then opened it to get food out of it and it was warm inside and no noise coming from unit.

I bought this freezer to place a 1/4 of a beef in that I paid over $500 for. I put the beef in there pre packaged and frozen. Left for vacation and cam back to a mess where the freezer did not keep the meat frozen. Don’t waste your money on this pice if junk.

This freezer works well; however, I was disgusted because the case was dented in two places. Fortunately, both on the back corner and it does not interfere with performance. The price was right, it's in the garage, and I figured it would be a hassle to fight about it. -Disappointed

I wanted a small freezer to go in the corner of my kitchen. It fit great but when I started to unwrap it, there was a 3 inch dent on the door. Even though it was packaged well it must have been mishandled. I knew I could bring it back but repacking and wrestling a freezer back to Walmart was not something I wanted to do.

So upset when the freezer arrived. My husband had to literally rebuild the entire thing!!! He had to pound the side out, redrill a screw for the door so it can actually stay on and bust the top so it can even close! It is cooling down so I hope it freezes stuff but the physical quality of it sucks!

Received my freezer for to to have a crack in the freezer and the door fell off as soon as I removed the plastic. The worse part is I have spent the past 3 weeks looking for another one and NO LUCK! It would be nice if they would get a supply in ASAP!

I have ordered this freezer twice and both times it came it was damaged. The first time I think it was damaged during shipping but this time That was not the case. All of the shelves were put together incorrectly. One of them was cracked because of this. Then I looked at the side and see that there is another crack in the top piece there too. I didnt even bother to plug it in. Had to repackage it once again and take it back to the store. I think it is just poorly made.

Both deliveries brought a damaged freezer. I would’ve kept the second one, but the door won’t open without pulling it with everything you’ve got. Many reviews state that it stops working after a few months. I’m going to just buy a name brand freezer and spend 3x as much. I can’t afford to lose hundreds of dollars worth of food. Sam’s customer service was awesome though!!
