Freezer arrived broken on the top broken, broken on the bottom. It couldn’t sit flat on the ground so I sent it back. Minor hassle actually getting replacement but it was handled after a half hour on the phone and finally talking to a manager. Waited a week for second shipment to arrive, it was also broken on the top. I couldn’t wait any longer for another freezer so I accepted it. Freezer gets cold but when you close the door it makes a long sucking sound. I definitely would not buy this again, and definitely not from SamsClub.com

Freezer is up and running and doing what it is suppose to do. It's not bad looking either. It did arrive with a crack in the top which doesn't seem to impact it's performance. My previous freezer died and I needed a freezer right away or lose tons of food so I did not try to return it. Except for that, I am happy with the freezer.

I bought this today to keep teen age grandsons snack food in. Looked like it had been dropped. The back bottom was dented in and it could not be leveled and the hinge pin was bent so when you open the door the door fell off. Sam’s is taking it back with no questions asked. Love sans but not this freezer! Not exchanging it…refund!!!

Don't buy this defective product! Purchased this online in February and the unit has completely stop working. Contacted the manufacturer for a replacement or refund and provided them with all information needed proof of receipt photos serial numbers and they keep stating that they want us to send them video of us removing the serial numbers and cut the cords off. Why would we do that before they honor their warranty contract. By doing so it would completely void the Warranty on the product. This company is a joke don't wast your money purchasing this unit. We now have to take them to court for breech of contract. I would give zero stars to this product.

This item isn't worth the money spent - even if it is cheap. I still do not believe in just throwing away a couple hundred bucks whether times are in abundance or lean. Initially, it worked. Gradually, each level of the freezer racks have stopped working - which means food is going bad. It's rather interesting to have a freezer where the top part becomes just a chilling area, while the lower section is the only part that will freeze. I will be taking this thing to the dump soon. I can say they need to be fined for contributing to landfill waste!

After having the freezer for less than 3 months it stopped keeping food frozen. We had it set up as directed and still lost shelves of food. We were hoping for a cost effective solution to an upright freezer and instead we have lost time, energy, food and cash.

Got this home. Unboxed - dented in right back corner….no problem, it’s a garage freezer. Opened the door and it fell off….like the whole door just fell off and it will not stay on. Taking it back. Won’t get a replacement. Will go with a different brand.

I bought the Thomson Upright Freezer in anticipation of the arrival of 1/2 beef order. I bought my freezer Spring 2021, this is October 4, 2021 and it has already stopped working and ruined almost my entire beef order! I'm so disappointed in this product!

I bought this freezer on 7.13.18 (still have the receipt and papers). On 3.12.20, I opened it to find things in the front were soft, unfrozen. I adjusted the thermostat, checked power, etc. Turns out the motor is fried. I would have expected much longer from an appliance. Stay away from this one!

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. Like many other bad reviews, our freezer never got cold. You could hear it running but nothing would freeze. Tried for a week to get it to work and...nothing. I then read multiple reviews with people saying the same thing happened to them so we decided to return and go with a more reliable brand. You get what you pay for!
