We purchased one of these freezers in club a few years ago as a backup freezer. It worked well and kept things cold for a couple of years and then one day just stopped freezing. I reached out to the manufacturer by email and phone several times to get info on what parts could be the cause and might be replaceable (hoping to buy the part and pay someone to install it) and got no reply ever. It wasn't worth pursuing a diagnostic call from a 3rd party so the freezer went to the dump. All I can say is for $220+tax (plus dump fee) broken out over 2-3 years, I guess it was a decent value, but I would not recommend buying one unless you are willing to replace it after a couple of years.

Its been 2 months since I bought this. Functionally, it is working perfectly so far and freezing everything I put in. I have crammed so much stuff in it so that it is completely packed, still everything is wonderfully frozen with no issues. I have it in my garage in Arkansas which gets really hot during the day, but so far no problems. But the one I bought came with a ding on the side and a broken plastic on the top as well as one inside. Its shelves were also hard to align.

Bought this freezer due to the size I needed and the price. I’m very dissatisfied with the freezer! Motor runs continuously, but relatively “quiet”. My large fridge next to it is less noisy than the freezer. Major downside*** I waited 48 hours of continuous running before putting any food in the freezer and did NOT overload the freezer. Checked it this morning after food had been in (without opening the door for 24 hours and food was already frozen solid when I put it in) and food is not frozen solid anymore. Seems more like a low temperature setting on my fridge instead of freezing food. I would not recommend this freezer! Buy a more established brand!

THE WORST FREEZER EVER!! THE FREEZER ARRIVED DAMAGED AND THE DOOR KEPT FALLING OFF, I THEN DECIDED TO ORDER A REPLACEMENT! WHEN THE REPLACEMENT CAME WHAT DO YOU KNOW! IT WAS DAMAGED TOO! I JUST ASKED FOR A REFUND AND DECIDED NOT TO BUY A FREEZER FROM WALMART.

After all the bad reviews with dents in item or it quit after a month I was very skeptical. Only thing I found wrong was top 2 screws had vibrated loose. Also it would have been better had it had an actual door handle, I have long nails so it's difficult to open because the suction is so strong. Other than that I love it...haven't had any issues yet and it's better than a deep freezer because you dont have to dig around in the cold looking for item.

I wanted a small freezer to go in the corner of my kitchen. It fit great but when I started to unwrap it, there was a 3 inch dent on the door. Even though it was packaged well it must have been mishandled. I knew I could bring it back but repacking and wrestling a freezer back to Walmart was not something I wanted to do.

Both deliveries brought a damaged freezer. I would’ve kept the second one, but the door won’t open without pulling it with everything you’ve got. Many reviews state that it stops working after a few months. I’m going to just buy a name brand freezer and spend 3x as much. I can’t afford to lose hundreds of dollars worth of food. Sam’s customer service was awesome though!!

We purchased this freezer in 2021, and today, when I went to get some meat out of it, I realized it had not been working. Everything was thawed out and not cold. It had not been working for a few days. I called Sam's Club and was told it was no longer under warranty. You would think it would have lasted longer than 2 1/2 years. Sadly, we lost about $275.00 worth of meat. (The freezer was inside of the house).

The freezer arrived with the foot broken off, door fell off when I unpacked it, top fell off (this is amazing because it was fastened with four bolts). shelf holders broken, dents, scratches. The unit was destroyed during shipping. I ordered another unit and it is being shipped to the store. I'll unpack it at the store before taking it home. The real reason for my review is the return process was scary for a while. You see some items you find on Walmart.com are sold by Walmart.com which has a fair return policy. Other items are sold through affiliated websites that come with different return policies. This freezer was sold by Walmart.com and the in-store return process was simple. I ordered another unit because I want an upright with a small footprint.

Received my freezer for to to have a crack in the freezer and the door fell off as soon as I removed the plastic. The worse part is I have spent the past 3 weeks looking for another one and NO LUCK! It would be nice if they would get a supply in ASAP!
