Died in less than 2 years

purchased in august 2020 and died june 2022. all support would reiterate was that the warranty was 1 year. BUYER BEWARE

Upper shelves won't freeze food

Top 3 shelves will melt ice crea m and bottom shelf will turn Ice cream hard as rock. Started having issue within 5 months.

Shuts on and off

Keeps shutting on and off. Thaws good. Lost a bunch of breast milk. Thought it was an outlet issue, changed outlets.. same issue.

I really liked the size, but sadly it stopped working and that seems to be very common as I read the reviews.

stopped working after 11 months

Stopped working after 11 months. Lost a full freezer of food. Size of the freezer is perfect and is a space saver but this freezer is junk.

Not working after two years

Not good quality. The compressor stopped working a few days ago. I agree with other users. Please spend a bit more money for a good quality freezer that would last a long time.

Very disappointed

After having this brand for almost 2 years the 3 shelves broke very easily and it puddles water on the bottom . They want $24 to replace the shelves. Avoid this brand.
