Missing pieces, broken

I was excited for this to arrive only to have massive disappointment. The top two bolts are missing and as a result the entire top picks up.

Died in less than 2 years

purchased in august 2020 and died june 2022. all support would reiterate was that the warranty was 1 year. BUYER BEWARE

Failure to work

Plugged the unit in & it did not get cold. Something was faulty & I had to repack the entire unit & return it to Sam's Club for a refund.

Save your receipt

Be sure to save your receipt. Not even a year old and it has quite working. $100’s of beef had to be thrown away.

Upper shelves won't freeze food

Top 3 shelves will melt ice crea m and bottom shelf will turn Ice cream hard as rock. Started having issue within 5 months.

Door can’t be flipped or switched side since not closing properly sealed, tried several times - magnets don’t seal as it comes from manufacture
