Stopped working

I only had this freezer for 5 months. It stopped working and defrosted all of my food. What a big waste of money DON’T BUY!!!

Avoid this Freezer!

I wish that I had returned 1st yr after frosting issue. It stopped working after 2 years. Over $1,500 in food losses

Shuts on and off

Keeps shutting on and off. Thaws good. Lost a bunch of breast milk. Thought it was an outlet issue, changed outlets.. same issue.

having issues 7-8 months in

Had this for under a year and it’s causing problems. Constant ice build up from the beginning and now it trips the circuit a few times a day.

Stopped freezing all of a sudden

This freezer worked great for a while and then stopped freezing and ruined hundreds of dollars worth of food. Beware!!

Horrible

Damaged upon delivery. It turned on and worked until it completely froze up. Ice everywhere. I do not reccommend and wish I knew how to return.

I should have read the reviews. The freezer stopped working after 2 years. Don’t buy. Sam’s Club should not be selling this garbage.
