Cracked after plugged in

We JUST picked this up from in store today. I checked everything out as I unboxed it. Switched the direction of the doors and followed instructions to let it sit for 2hrs once unloaded before plugging it in. I checked it before bed to make sure it was working and cold and the inside lining near the top two shelves is CRACKED in multiple places.!! Super disappointed and will be returning. I liked the price point but not willing to go through that again.

Worst Appliance EVER

My mother and I, both purchased this freezer in February 2020. Her freezer perished mid-August and mine yesterdsy. Both freezers the compressor went out. I haven’t attempted to contact the Manufacturer as my mother did and was told, “Our apologies but we only warranty within one year.” Who purchases a freezer that only last approximately 18 months?? Unfortunately, Sam’s Club hasn’t been much assistance either therefore my money went down the drain as I attempt to find and purchase another freezer from a more repable name. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.
