Bought this exactly two years ago right before the pandemic and I’m glad I did as they sold out soon after. Today I defrosted it for the first time, (ice was barely built up) but super easy defrost. Still looks new and ready for the next years bushel of frozen green chile! The instructions says it should not be placed in the garage but that’s where it has been for two years and it’s still going strong.

We bought this freezer in August 2022, and it's been about six months and we love this freezer. The price was great ($299), we keep it in the basement, it is light and went down the stairs easily with two people, it stays nice and cold, and ice build up has not been an issue. It is perfect for two people or a small family and allows us to stock up on sale items or buy meat packs from the butcher. We love the convenience of being able to do extra bulk shopping and having a place to store it, since the fridge freezer in the kitchen is rather small. There are 5 shelves and we prefer the upright style for easy access. I've seen quite a few negative reviews, so I wanted to share our very postive experience. It was a great purchase, I would highly recommend and would definitely buy it again !!

Compact freezer

Freezer maintains good temp and keeps items frozen (you will need to defrost). Shelves are relatively close together so you won't store large items in this freezer. Biggest drawback - cheap frame will bend with almost no effort. There was no damage on the outside of the box when I picked it up but clearly it had been sat down hard and the back legs were bent badly. The metal is so flimsy I could bend it back straight with little effort. The support arm that holds the door in place was bent down too so the door would not stay on. Again, easy to bend up. If you can get it in place without it being damaged...it probably will work fine.

Perfect size

Initially I was very happy with this freezer. It’s very compact and offered just the right amount storage. You get what you pay for. It stopped working after one year and three months. I lost so much money. I’m out a freezer and all of the food that was in there.

I boughg it yesterday and live 45 min away from the store. I had scratches all over it, the bottom door hinge was completely bent. Had to remand it to even get the door to stay on. There are only adjustable feet on the from of the freezer. Some of the door hing screws were put in at an angel and stripped, so i am having to adjust and repair this also. Very disappointed in the product for the size and price. Woudnt buy again
