IT FREEZES STUFF

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I bought this freezer as a gift for my husband. The first unit arrived and worked initially. After three weeks it stopped getting cold. Sams replaces it for us free of charge and we were hopeful about the second freezer but never got around to plugging it in as we had just moved. Now we finally got it plugged in and it was working great for two months... and then it stopped freezing AGAIN. There wasn’t much in it so I know it wasn’t overworked. This freezer is a piece of junk and is not worth the money. COMPLETE TRASH.

Bought Dec 30, 2021, died Mid March 2023. A year and 3 months old and failed, we lost 1/3 of a beef we had just purchased a month ago. Needless to say I will avoid this brand for the rest of my life and I suggest you all do as well, spend the couple hundred more for a better brand. Based on other reviews this company is taking the cheap route and using inferior components in their appliances.

I purchased the Thomson Upright Freezer from Sam club. I followed the instructions. Let it set for 24-48 hrs without plugging it in. Plugged it in and it seem to work fine for a few days. Went back a few days later to pull something out of the freezer and all my food was dethawed!! It just stopped working. Could not get it to work, so had to take it back. Lost over $150.00 worth of food.

I bought this last year but never needed it until about 6 months ago. I got it set up and it has worked for the last few months. Then it just stopped working. And now I can't find anyone to look to see if it can be repaired. Not happy with the freezer or Sam's Club.
