Lasted 23 months

I purchased this compact freezer November 2019, it is now October 2021. I did read the low rating and poor reviews on this freezer ahead of time. However, I made the purchase, believing mine would be different. It did its job, until 3 days ago, when an odd noise began and within 24 hours, my food was beginning to thaw. Please do not purchase this compact freezer.

Don't buy, 1 week lost $250 in food

I bought this freezer 6 days ago let it run for two days before I added food to it and I walked by and found ice cream running out of it four gallons of ice cream to be exact.. in ruined all my food so donot suggest this brand the shelves are in a fixed position and not movable also

Don't even bother

We bought this freezer on Nov 20, 2022. Came back from a week vacation on Nov 18, 2023 to find all of the contents thawed and not salvageable. This included expensive Alaskan seafood, which we had to discard. We contacted the company and sent them everything they asked to see. The year warranty was still intact. They refuse to reply to my emails asking what they intend to do about it. Have tried several times to re-start it with no luck. Stay away folks. This companies customer service is horrible, as is the product.

Doesn't Last!

Purchased this when we moved into our new home Aug 2020. It's now Nov 9, 2021 and it started defrosting everything and left a huge puddle of water on the ground. This item did keep collecting ice build up at the top as it is not self defrosting. This did not last move than 15 months.
