AWFUL FREEZER

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I bought this freezer as a gift for my husband. The first unit arrived and worked initially. After three weeks it stopped getting cold. Sams replaces it for us free of charge and we were hopeful about the second freezer but never got around to plugging it in as we had just moved. Now we finally got it plugged in and it was working great for two months... and then it stopped freezing AGAIN. There wasn’t much in it so I know it wasn’t overworked. This freezer is a piece of junk and is not worth the money. COMPLETE TRASH.

Bust

Had this freezer for 2 years, glad I purchased extended warranty because they refunded full amount of money when it quit on me a week ago. Got lucky that I caught it in time before I lost all of my food. It was a great freezer but will quit on you!!!

Had been a great freezer

Bought this exactly two years ago right before the pandemic and I’m glad I did as they sold out soon after. Today I defrosted it for the first time, (ice was barely built up) but super easy defrost. Still looks new and ready for the next years bushel of frozen green chile! The instructions says it should not be placed in the garage but that’s where it has been for two years and it’s still going strong.

Happy with this!

I've had this freezer for almost 2 years. Defrosting is easy and quick, I unloaded and put items in 2 coolers wrapped in newspaper and put warm water inside freezer. Wiped clean and was able to put items back in under 3 hrs. I recommend this purchase!!!
