Cracked after plugged in

We JUST picked this up from in store today. I checked everything out as I unboxed it. Switched the direction of the doors and followed instructions to let it sit for 2hrs once unloaded before plugging it in. I checked it before bed to make sure it was working and cold and the inside lining near the top two shelves is CRACKED in multiple places.!! Super disappointed and will be returning. I liked the price point but not willing to go through that again.

Doesn't Last!

Purchased this when we moved into our new home Aug 2020. It's now Nov 9, 2021 and it started defrosting everything and left a huge puddle of water on the ground. This item did keep collecting ice build up at the top as it is not self defrosting. This did not last move than 15 months.

Frustrating!

It was a great freezer, until it wasn't. Stopped working after about a year and 3 months. Frustrating come on here looking for warranty information and see so many people in the same boat as us, that must have bought them around the same time. Quite the coincidence. I would likely not buy a product from this company again.
