Cracked after plugged in

We JUST picked this up from in store today. I checked everything out as I unboxed it. Switched the direction of the doors and followed instructions to let it sit for 2hrs once unloaded before plugging it in. I checked it before bed to make sure it was working and cold and the inside lining near the top two shelves is CRACKED in multiple places.!! Super disappointed and will be returning. I liked the price point but not willing to go through that again.

Doesn't Last!

Purchased this when we moved into our new home Aug 2020. It's now Nov 9, 2021 and it started defrosting everything and left a huge puddle of water on the ground. This item did keep collecting ice build up at the top as it is not self defrosting. This did not last move than 15 months.

Waste of money

Initially I was very happy with this freezer. It’s very compact and offered just the right amount storage. You get what you pay for. It stopped working after one year and three months. I lost so much money. I’m out a freezer and all of the food that was in there.

Sides are HOT! Door seal is AWFUL! Poor Quality!

Jeez, this freezer is so awful! It gets so hot - an inferno -on the sides that I had to move it my main kitchen to the unused dining room. It also has a horrible sealing gasket along the sides of the door that allows air to escape; this causes huge amounts of ice to build up along the top of the interior shelves. Worst of all, yesterday, when I opened my freezer, my freezer HAD TURNED ITSELF OFF & almost $1,500 worth of food was ruined!! RUINED!! I was so shocked (as it had only been 3-4 months since I purchased it); I immediately checked the thermostat and saw it was set on the 2 cooling setting; I moved it to the 3 setting. Nothing happened. I then checked the electrical box to see if a fuse had blown, no blown fuse. I finally checked the freezer's electrical cord, which was still plugged into the wall, when I pulled it out, I saw that the third prong was lying on the floor. What on Earth!! What a horribly disappointing experience!
