Worst Appliance EVER

My mother and I, both purchased this freezer in February 2020. Her freezer perished mid-August and mine yesterdsy. Both freezers the compressor went out. I haven’t attempted to contact the Manufacturer as my mother did and was told, “Our apologies but we only warranty within one year.” Who purchases a freezer that only last approximately 18 months?? Unfortunately, Sam’s Club hasn’t been much assistance either therefore my money went down the drain as I attempt to find and purchase another freezer from a more repable name. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Plenty of room, to bad it sucks.

I bought this last year but never needed it until about 6 months ago. I got it set up and it has worked for the last few months. Then it just stopped working. And now I can't find anyone to look to see if it can be repaired. Not happy with the freezer or Sam's Club.

Thompson Upright freezer

We bought this freezer at Sams club and brought it home. Waited 24 hours to plug it in as recommended. It worked great for 5 days and then tripped the GFI plug. By the time we found out the food was all thawed. We reset the GFI and so far its ok for 24 hours but were afraid to put more food in it. We lost 150.00 worth of food. We will probably take it back but not sure whether to replace it or get our money back.

Never Worked!

Let it sit for over 24 hours before turning it on, wasn't able to get it working at all. Only customer service option is to haul it back myself, then wait over 2 weeks for a new one to be shipped (and if that one doesn't work either?). Will be returning and going with a different brand/store. What a hassle
