Do Not Freeze

Bought this 'freezer.' But it did not freeze. Took it back to Sam's. Exchanged it for a new one. Guess what? The second one did not freeze either. There is seriously something wrong with this product. I am very annoyed at the time and energy I spent on this purchase.

Don't even bother

We bought this freezer on Nov 20, 2022. Came back from a week vacation on Nov 18, 2023 to find all of the contents thawed and not salvageable. This included expensive Alaskan seafood, which we had to discard. We contacted the company and sent them everything they asked to see. The year warranty was still intact. They refuse to reply to my emails asking what they intend to do about it. Have tried several times to re-start it with no luck. Stay away folks. This companies customer service is horrible, as is the product.

Great Freezer, but it has some flaws

I bought this freezer a few months ago for my mother's birthday because she wanted an upright freezer to replace our fridge in the garage since we didn't need that fridge part anymore. Welp, I get her the freezer, we get it all set up and everything is good, until the ice starts collecting at the top portion. After a few minutes of trying to figure out what's wrong we realized there is a piece missing on the bottom of the freezer. It broke my heart because it works rather well, but we keep having to adjust the door in order to keep it sealed correctly.

Not sure about this one

Got home with the freezer and took it out of the box and it's dented along the bottom on one side. And I cannot get this freezer level for the life of me. The legs appear to be different sizes and I just cannot get it. I had to put some wooden blocks in the back, bottom area of the freezer to get it somewhat level. We really need a freezer right now and I just don't have the energy to take this thing back. We'll see how long it lasts.

Bad product

I purchased the Thomson Upright Freezer from Sam club. I followed the instructions. Let it set for 24-48 hrs without plugging it in. Plugged it in and it seem to work fine for a few days. Went back a few days later to pull something out of the freezer and all my food was dethawed!! It just stopped working. Could not get it to work, so had to take it back. Lost over $150.00 worth of food.
