Hi - Please check your door seal - frost in the freezer is caused by warm humid air entering the freezer compartment. The easiest way to test is to close the door on a sheet of paper at various locations around the perimeter of the freezer - you should feel resistance making it difficult to pull out the sheet of paper. You can adjust the door alignment to make the door close more securely. The door gasket can be lubricated with a bit of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) to make it more pliable and seal better.<br />As well, a couple of other things to check - make sure the freezer is sitting on a level surface and make certain that all items being put into the freezer are well wrapped with plastic wrap or Ziplock type bags. Meats wrapped in butcher paper tend to leak moisture leading to frost in the freezer.
