This is a great freezer. The only problem I had with it was when I first opened it, the shelves weren't inserted in their slots to keep them stabilized. I have family, who had purchased the exact same freezer and none of theirs was like this. It took some time and effort, but was finally able to put the shelves in their respective slots.

This is exactly what we were looking for to have just a little extra freezer space and to be able to organize our food to see what we have. The only thing that would have made this a 5 star is if it had a light in it. We keep it in our garage and have to open the door to be able to see inside.

Very happy with this freezer. I read all the reviews about it making snow and I have not had that issue at all. We let it stand upright for 24 hours before plugging in and made sure it was level so door sealed correctly and it works perfectly. Very pleased.

Super quiet and works great! Installed it in a corner at our formal dinning room area and you just don't see it. No one ever notices it is there! Stylish and elegant Freezer with super quiet manners. Ordered a 24inch X 24 Inch X 1/8 Inch Plexiglass foundation for it as I we didn't want direct contact with rug.

Thus far, freezer is doing the job well. Easy to operate (adjustable controls- 3 settings), tight seal. Very quiet! Would recommend instead of chest freezer if you have the space--the upright is easier to get into to find things. Haven't had it long enough to judge energy efficiency. We have it set lower than the middle setting and it is freezing fine. Highly recommend!

great freezer. Easy to see what you have stored. I only get into it once a week so it does not need defrosting very often.(maybe twice a year) Only frosts at the top shelf. I keep it in the house not garage.Liked it so much I recommended to a neighbor who also got one.

perfect size for me - and with shelves like they are, I can organize the food. I have only had it a week, but I was able to back it into my garage and get it set up with ease. I left it to sit for a bit since it had to travel a short distance lying down, but once I plugged it in 3 days later, it has worked perfectly. I followed the directions on the cold settings and it worked well.

This freezer is a nice size. Things won't get buried, lost, and forgotten. It is relatively light weight and therefore easy to move around. Unfortunately for me the freezer arrived with a broken front foot. Sadly the foot is an integral part of the door hinge so my doors sags and won't seal tightly. I was admittedly surprised as the packaging appeared to be substantial. So, now I have to rent a truck to return it...

We read the reviews on this freezer and although most of them were good we were concerned about the couple bad ones so we got the warranty with it. Don’t think we’re going to have to use it. We are very happy with it so far. Perfect temperature, perfect size for us, quiet, just a good freezer for a good price.

Cools well, door suction good, but it has the back right corner crushed as if been dropped and the left front corner crushed, a dent in the door, a deep dent in the right side and several small dents in the left side, delivered early, and left on my porch.
