Very small in size. Shipping was a disaster! Delivery driver left in driveway. No notification was sent. Had to ask neighbor to get in garage in the rain.

So far, so good. Had the freezer for 2 weeks and it has performed as expected. I also own the same brand refrigerator that serves as a second refrigerator. It has worked beautifully for going on 5 years now.

It works great so far, Perfect size for us. It fits pizza's flat and Loafs of bread. Also the gentleman at Sam's Club that helped me load it was a Pleasure to deal with. Not many of those people left in this world.

Perfect size for those few extra things that don’t fit into the regular freezer on the refrigerator . My only objection is that the shelves are not adjustable or removed.

the door was dented. The freezer door was not installed and the directions for installing the door are no where. Instructions for leveling the freezer were non existent

The freezer works good. But check your item before leaving if possible, i did a pick up order and it was dented and scrach marks on my brand new freezer i called sams to let them know and they pretty much said they didnt care

First one arrived completely dented and broken hinge...sencond one arrived with two d eta, I decided to keep it as I really needed the extra space...wish I hadn’t! Flimsy and no light.

Switching the door swing isn’t so easy. Frosted up after doing so. Had to readjust the hinges a couple of times. Also only two of three holes were drilled on the top hinge so the cover plate doesn’t fit. Poor workmanship.

Used as a freezer in a concession stand, perfect size for frozen ice creams/treats. The door seal is crooked on one side allowing cold air to flow out and the freezer to run continually and get super hot. Attempting to work with the maker for a replacement door. It would be perfect if it weren't for that.

Slim and holds as much as my chest freezer did but, more convenient to retrieve items... shelves are not adjustable since the coils runs under them. I don’t find that to be a problem.this size is perfect for my husband and I but for larger families, I would suggest a bigger size.
