I bought one of these lasted 3 min h then the door came off hinge was bent. Took it back got another one. This one lasted a week and just died. Quality of these freezer is not very good

low price for a reason,low quality.freezer stopped working 3 weeks after purchase,of course did not know it had failed till open and found two hundred dollars worth of food ruined

I purchased one in early November but it arrived damaged as the door just fell off. That was returned and a replacement was ordered. It arrived today and it was also damaged. I am going to request a refund from Sams Club.

Purchased in July 2020 and died in July 2022. I lost food more than the Freezer price. DON'T BUY THIS.. after doing my research I found that the manufacturer warranty is only 1 year and it is not refundable !!!

I got it home, opened it up and the top right about where the door opens is cracked. Now I have to return it to the store. Pretty bad when an item cannot even be plugged in before you have to return it.

Bought this gem 13 days ago - it worked fine for the first 11.5 days and then just quit - ruining close to $350 worth of food. Wouldn't have another if it was given to me for free!

I had a freezer before this one that was a chest freezer that I had for 5 years and bought this to prevent reaching into it and this freezer stopped working after 15 months which made about $500 worth of meat go bad

This freezer was a waste of money. One of the legs broke right away and gasket does not stay in the door making it leak and freeze up around the top controls :( It is cold

Nice sized freezer, but junk. Died and all I hear is liquid squishing around in the lines and compressor area. We still have a Kenmore that is 29 years old, works great. Can't they build a better product today?

We brought this freezer about a year and half ago. Went to take something out of freezer to find it quit working. Ice was built up top so probably did not have a good seal. To make things short we lost 60% of our food.
