This freezer won’t last long.

Very disappointed, this freezer quit working and I’ve only had it for 2 years. All of my food went bad. Also it always had ice it in and had to be defrosted often. Will not purchase again

Seal quit working

After a year of having it, we are going to have to throw it out. The seal is no longer working and the freezer is iced over and now leaking because the door isn’t closed. Started 6 months after having it

Stopped freezing after 15 months

I had a freezer before this one that was a chest freezer that I had for 5 years and bought this to prevent reaching into it and this freezer stopped working after 15 months which made about $500 worth of meat go bad

I would not buy this freezer. I’ve only had it alittle over a year and it’s not working. There’s no point in calling a repairman bc it cost 100.00 for them to even come out. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

freezerless

I bought one of these lasted 3 min h then the door came off hinge was bent. Took it back got another one. This one lasted a week and just died. Quality of these freezer is not very good

Not great!

If you go to open the door, the unit comes with it. The upper inside of the door has condensation and then cause major frost. I'm going to return it. I'm very disappointed.

Hi Mleon it sounds like your door is out of adjustment. The condensation is caused by humid room air entering the freezer and condensing.<br />You can loosen the upper hinge to adjust the door and you can adjust the feet on the bottom as well to have the door seal properly. Adjust the bottom feet/legs so the front of the unit is slightly higher than the rear to have gravity assist in closing the door properly.

Bought this gem 13 days ago - it worked fine for the first 11.5 days and then just quit - ruining close to $350 worth of food. Wouldn't have another if it was given to me for free!

Lasted 18 months

The freezer worked great until it didn't. It only has a 1 year warranty, and mine completely died after 18 months, taking a few hundred dollars worth of food with it. I expected it to last a lot longer than it did.
