Cheaply made and packaged. No customer support from the manufacturer whatsoever, as they deferred to Sam's as if it were their problem. Chose to return to Sam's as manufacturer suggested.

Don't buy this freezer. Door does not seal properly and freezer frosts up so bad. Leaves your food frosty. Only had for a week and it went back to the store. Terrible freezer!

I bought this in 2023, it was never tilted never abused in any way. i got a call from my wife the other day saying it was defrosting. When I got home and had a chance to investigate I found that the compressor is seized up. I have seen freezers last 50 years and this barely made 2.
