I love my freezer, it’s slim, the right height, and when you close the door you can hear it seal tight. The best thing I have ever bought. I highly recommend this freezer.

Seal quit working

After a year of having it, we are going to have to throw it out. The seal is no longer working and the freezer is iced over and now leaking because the door isn’t closed. Started 6 months after having it

Stopped freezing after 15 months

I had a freezer before this one that was a chest freezer that I had for 5 years and bought this to prevent reaching into it and this freezer stopped working after 15 months which made about $500 worth of meat go bad

DOA - Broken

I got it home, opened it up and the top right about where the door opens is cracked. Now I have to return it to the store. Pretty bad when an item cannot even be plugged in before you have to return it.

low price for a reason,low quality.freezer stopped working 3 weeks after purchase,of course did not know it had failed till open and found two hundred dollars worth of food ruined

Delicate legs, gasket does not stay in

This freezer was a waste of money. One of the legs broke right away and gasket does not stay in the door making it leak and freeze up around the top controls :( It is cold

Works until it doesn't - What's the warranty??

Our freezer worked great until it didn't. It quit working sometime late last week and we lost about $400 worth of meat and veggies. Now the freezer won't freeze at all. I cannot find any warranty info on it.

Did not last.

We brought this freezer about a year and half ago. Went to take something out of freezer to find it quit working. Ice was built up top so probably did not have a good seal. To make things short we lost 60% of our food.

Not great!

If you go to open the door, the unit comes with it. The upper inside of the door has condensation and then cause major frost. I'm going to return it. I'm very disappointed.

Hi Mleon it sounds like your door is out of adjustment. The condensation is caused by humid room air entering the freezer and condensing.<br />You can loosen the upper hinge to adjust the door and you can adjust the feet on the bottom as well to have the door seal properly. Adjust the bottom feet/legs so the front of the unit is slightly higher than the rear to have gravity assist in closing the door properly.
