VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

We purchased one two years ago and I currently have it completely packed with meat. It just broke and everything is defrosting!! Only a one year warranty.

This freezer won’t last long.

Very disappointed, this freezer quit working and I’ve only had it for 2 years. All of my food went bad. Also it always had ice it in and had to be defrosted often. Will not purchase again

junk

I would not buy this freezer. I’ve only had it alittle over a year and it’s not working. There’s no point in calling a repairman bc it cost 100.00 for them to even come out. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

Junk

Junk! Bought this item and it completely quit working within a few weeks. Thankfully, I bought the warranty and they refunded my money, however, no compensation for the freezer full of food that was ruined.

This was damaged when it was received.

The top panel of the freezer was damaged when received. The box was not damaged so there for it must have been damaged when it was packed. Not sure that I would trust this product or for that matter the Thomson company.

Do not buy

Got it home and unpacked it - has a huge dent all the way down the front of it - ridiculous - now we are expected to pack it up and take it all the way back to the store

Stopped working

Very disappointed, freezer stopped working In less than two years. Of course Sam club won’t do anything and warranty is good for one year. Excess ice buildup all over racks before it failed. Only warning was water on floor.

Thomson freezer

Sorry to say had it only for 1year in a half and the compression went out . No longer in warranty and my loss didn’t buy extended warranty. Cost more then freezer to fix . Very disappointed never bought an appliance that lasted such a short time.

Top half of the Freezer stop working 3 months

With in 3 months of getting this freezer home we have lost power in the top half of it. We run it on full blast in order to keep our food cold. Kind of a Yikes!

Don’t Buy

Bought this upright freezer about a year ago and it quit working. First it was the bottom shelf then the rest of the freezer went out. Do not buy, does not last. Very disappointed
