Bought this gem 13 days ago - it worked fine for the first 11.5 days and then just quit - ruining close to $350 worth of food. Wouldn't have another if it was given to me for free!

It worked fine for a year and a half. $500.00 worth of food was lost due to the compressor prematurely failing. It is only warrantied for one year. Buyer beware.

The freezer was broken on arrival. We plugged it in and waited and waited and waited for it to get cold. Never happened. There’s one star because I couldn’t give it zero.

With in 3 months of getting this freezer home we have lost power in the top half of it. We run it on full blast in order to keep our food cold. Kind of a Yikes!

I bought this 06/07/2020, here we are 11/23/2021 and it stopped working 2 days ago.. Luckily I was able to save my food with the sacrifice of some minor items.

I bought this freezer on June 18, 2022 and he died one year later on July 20, 2023 bad investment lost a few hundred dollars worth of food and meat that was in my basement. Crap freezer doesn’t last long

Would not recommend this freezer. It quit working after 5 months. Trying to get it fixed via warranty is a nightmare. They want multiple pictures and videos of the freezer and the “problem”.

Very disappointed, freezer stopped working In less than two years. Of course Sam club won’t do anything and warranty is good for one year. Excess ice buildup all over racks before it failed. Only warning was water on floor.

Sorry to say had it only for 1year in a half and the compression went out . No longer in warranty and my loss didn’t buy extended warranty. Cost more then freezer to fix . Very disappointed never bought an appliance that lasted such a short time.

It was great at first, perfect for what I needed it for. A couple months in the top shelves started to defrost then a couple months later the bottom shelves defrosted as well. 7 months in I had to return to store.
