First unit would not stay cold enough to freeze. Poor construction on top cover that holds door in place (plastic parts)

Cheaply made want refund waiting for pick up of replacement for a week. Will never order anything on line from Sam's again terrible customer service

I bought this Freezer by the end of December. Freezer stopped working after a few days of use. Very disappointed by this purchase.

I order new one to store pick up when I took home, I can’t believe it was used and people return it.

I was given a used smelly dented freezer. I had to travel to the next closest Sam's to get another. That NEW freezer works fine.

When you put something into it, several hours later it will be frozen. It’s all one can ask for from a freezer.

It's nice to have a small freezer that is upright with shelves. You don't have to dig and dig for what you want.

Bottom hinge is bent. Will not close properly. Manufacturer has promised replacement for two weeks. Very unhappy.

within a week it was iced. it has no light. keeps stuff frozen. but is a pain and once iced you can’t tell what stuff is.

Purchased as extra space, everyone does not have to search for items & each shelf freezes keeping all items cold and organized
