My family has all decided we prefer the low sodium spam to the original. Fewer cases of heart burn and it still tastes great. Also now on my low sodium diet it is better for me.

Much better flavor than Classic Spam. In addition to the traditional sliced & grilled form, it works in Stir Fry with Vegetables, in Rice dishes or ???. Excellent shelf life.

This product is very versatile! We slice and fry, cube and cook with eggs, shred it all and make patties- endless possibilities. I prefer to use the lower sodium one though!

The texture of the low sodium is a little different from the regular but I guess that's the price you pay for trying to be a bit healthier. Still good.

So glad you carry the low sodium Spam! Great to have on hand for quick, hot sandwiches. Also, dice small and pre-fry then add to homemade “Chinese” fried rice mixture, is pretty darn good!

I can never find this in stores, only online. I prefer this one as you can taste the difference in salt. I make spam musubi with this. Rice, eggs and spam as well. Cooks itself in the pan with no need to add oil or anything.

Reduce sodium Spam is good for me and others who suffer from hypertension, however, 50% less sodium spam would be better as me and other hypertensive sufferers would be able to enjoy more of the product.

It's a favorite with the Dad of our family; so, that makes it a staple item in our house. He prefers the low-sodium variety, and we're happy to find it in multi-packs at a reasonable price--thanks, SamsClub!!

Much better than the classic version. Less sodium means better taste and it is better in different recipes because I can control the salt to my taste preferences.

I ordered this Spam because it was lower in sodium and I can’t tell the difference between the regular and the lower sodium Spam. Overall very happy with the Spam. Of course you have to really love Spam
