Fried Spam alone, with eggs, or as a sandwich, always Great! Awesome snack as well! Low carbs, low sodium, what's not to like!

SPAM Less Sodium still has the great SPAM flavor but with less salt. I use it the same way I use regular SPAM. It is great with my eggs or with rice.

My favorite way to eat spam is fried with crispy edges and scrambled eggs! A breakfast that is good any time of day!
