I don't think the quality is consistent between containers purchased at different times.

This product is the best! On the supplement facts information it states: 2 rounded teaspoons = 130 servings per container, WRONG. When there are only 130 teaspoons in the whole container, as stated on the front of the container ? This would be correct if it is for two (2) containers but it does not say state that ! It says “per container, not container(s). This is misleading……

Metamucil is a very good product. I use a scant tablespoon (2 tsp. recommended) in the morning and evening in about 8 oz. of warm water, which works fine for me. My precious fiber was Citrucel, but I really like the orange flavor and consistency of Metamucil. I would recommend you give this a try!

I’m hooked! This is a good product. It dissolves very well. The taste is light and not too sweet. It helps you not to over eat by making you feel full. I definitely go more regularly and consistently. I’m excited to see what my cholesterol levels look like. I wish I had tried this sooner. Game changer!

I have been using 1 tsp Metamucil 1 time per day, per doctor advice for about 6 months for IBSD (loose stools, diarrhoea). I also take Calcium which is constipating 2 x's a day and another drug. Until I added the Metamucil nothing worked completely. I couldn't go to the Fitness Center, sometimes I couldn't leave home. I was in the bathroom sometimes 8-10 times a day and worn out from going and going. I highly recommend it. Try it and use it correctly and then decide. If it doesn't work you can return it to Sam's.

Overall it's pretty good. But it loses four stars for using the cancer-causing chemical that is Yellow %236. It has literally NO nutritional value. It's just an increased cancer risk the company adds to the product. So, while Metamucil can help regulate your digestive system, it increases your risk of cancers to your digestive lining and related systems.

Use less product with sugar free. Works just as well.
