Good product. However more expensive than it needs to be.

As older adults, we find that extra fiber helps with regularity. Two teaspoons daily of Sugar-Free Metamucil really helps keep us regular.

I’ve been using it daily in the morning for many years and it works great and keeps me regular. Very happy with this product.
