Had an ostomy in 2018. Dr from Duke told me to use the Metamucil once my ostomy was reversed and to continue using it the rest of my life. Has worked great!!!!

At the age of 84, I was having trouble with pills getting stuck in my throat. I was advised to take the Rx and other caps etc with something heavier than water. Mixing Meta Mucil with water and a little OJ did the trick for morning Rx etc. and got my daily dose of fiber.

I have a bleeding problem which might be tied to antibatics, but they are not sure. The main point is that Metamucil helps me reduce if not eliminate the problem. I am thankful for the benefit it gives me and the lower price that Sam's has on this product.

The product is the product. The reason to get it at Sams is simply because you get more of the same great product for less. That's it.

I take this twice a day and not only does it keep you regulated, but helps with blood sugar levels. Just remember to take it 2 hours before or after any medication.

So great to find the sugar free option. This product has helped tremendously now that I'm on diabetes medication and my body processes food differently (slower). It tastes great, too. Not overly sweet like other drinks that don't use sugar.

I bought this to promote regularity and as a possible means of lowering cholesterol in the process. The sugar free Metamucil tastes like the orange drink Tang, which makes it very palatable and easy to take in a glass of water.

I’ve taken Metamucil twice a day for 6 months and my cholesterol has dropped from 235 to 187 with no other changes in my diet. My doctor was ready to put me on a statin but not anymore

Overall it’s pretty good. But it loses four stars for using the cancer-causing chemical that is Yellow %236. It has literally NO nutritional value. It’s just an increased cancer risk the company adds to the product. So, while Metamucil can help regulate your digestive system, it increases your risk of cancers to your digestive lining and related systems.
