Metamucil is a very good product. I use a scant tablespoon (2 tsp. recommended) in the morning and evening in about 8 oz. of warm water, which works fine for me. My precious fiber was Citrucel, but I really like the orange flavor and consistency of Metamucil. I would recommend you give this a try!
