I take this twice a day and not only does it keep you regulated, but helps with blood sugar levels. Just remember to take it 2 hours before or after any medication.

So great to find the sugar free option. This product has helped tremendously now that I'm on diabetes medication and my body processes food differently (slower). It tastes great, too. Not overly sweet like other drinks that don't use sugar.

It doesn't have a bad flavor it works well and best of all zero sugar zero carbs

It’s just an increased cancer risk the company adds to the product. Should have started doing this long ago. Easy with about anything but smoothies are great!
