This product is the best! On the supplement facts information it states: 2 rounded teaspoons = 130 servings per container, WRONG. When there are only 130 teaspoons in the whole container, as stated on the front of the container ? This would be correct if it is for two (2) containers but it does not say state that ! It says “per container, not container(s). This is misleading……

Great supplement

I have been using 1 tsp Metamucil 1 time per day, per doctor advice for about 6 months for IBSD (loose stools, diarrhoea). I also take Calcium which is constipating 2 x's a day and another drug. Until I added the Metamucil nothing worked completely. I couldn't go to the Fitness Center, sometimes I couldn't leave home. I was in the bathroom sometimes 8-10 times a day and worn out from going and going. I highly recommend it. Try it and use it correctly and then decide. If it doesn't work you can return it to Sam's.
