I recommend to anyone who wants to better manage their overall health to include Metamucil to their diet. i did not realize how much I was missing fiber in my diet.

I have been using this product for about 9 years and Sam's Club a quick and convenient source. I am now living in an assisted living facility so having an order delivered by Fed Ex is great.

It has a nice orange smell and flavor. Helps with bowel movement and keeps me regular. It sometimes takes a while to stir out the lumps after adding water. I’m am satisfied with the results.

Getting older means I'm not as regular as I was years ago. Adding this to my nightly routine changed that. It really works and even makes my doctor's checkup look even better.

Sweetened with aspartame.Bad artificial sweetener.

Good source of fiber.

I've been using Metamucil for a year now and it's really helped me with IBS-D. I like how Metamucil really helps bulk up the waste and movements are not sticky or messy. I wish they'd made a nonflavored version that is made with phsyllium husk, but sadly they don't. I chose the sugar-free version since the regular version sadly has a lot of sugar in it for taste. I tried Benefiber for a couple weeks and it did not do the same as Metamcuil for me. Metamucil works great with even one serving a day and makes movements not messy.
