I like the Align Probiotic/Prebiotic product. The Probiotic is obvious, but the Prebiotic is for the good bacteria. I would suggest buying the combo.

Read the print on the box these are the standard small size Amazon has the 5X’s for approximately the same price the capsule is twice the size from Amazon
