First two weeks were awesome, last two weeks was horrible. Constipated, bloated, and any additional fiber makes my guts cramp up which has not happened before. Wish I wouldn’t have bought a second bottle.

For my stomach issues, I try to consume pre- and probiotics such as kombucha, kimchi, kefir, sauerkraut--lots of fermented foods. Align is one more way to get them.

This is a great probiotic and was recommended by my Dr. Align keeps my digestive system working well. Just remember not to take it with hot beverages or hot foods as that deactivates the benefits of the probiotics!

Everyone in our family takes Align and have had good results e.g. no bloating or gas. It is no inexpensive but the quality outcomes far outweigh the cost.

After taking this about 2 weeks absolute change in my digestive system. It was just GONE all the uncomfortable bloating and everything else that comes along with digestion issues. Take this give it a try you will NOT regret

complete garbage! If you've taken the 14 count stick with them because these aren't the same thing even though they lead you to believe they are. The ingredients are different and they do absolutely nothing...

After having the flu it seemed like my stomach was having trouble getting back to normal. After a few days of taking Align things got way better. For that I think this was worthwhile to buy.

This was highly recommended by my GI doctor a couple years ago. I have been taking it since and it works very well, better than the other ones I had tried.

I have tried so many different ones this one seems to be the best. The flavor is not bad and it’s effective without the side effects or stomach cramps
