ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT ANYBODY!!! After a week of taking these daily, I could notice a HUGE change in how less-bloated I looked. from the moment i opened this bottle it smelled horrible! the taste is horrible, I can hardly get these down, I will not be purchasing these again. I was using metamucil but decided to try this product but hate the smell and taste. I was using this for constipation and its not working. Im goimg back to metamucil. The mixed berry is not pleasant.
