To early to tell, other than it's a pill. I will try one of their others. perhaps it takes a while to build up your system??

My gastroenterologist reccomeded taking Align Probiotic for my IBS. Walmart has it at a reasonable price.

I have been using for quite a while and it has helped me a great deal! Have tried other brands but they don’t work as well!

This made me so sick every time I took them. It’s not worth being that sick to spend money on them.

It’s a little difficult to tear off but it is great for cleaning and absorbing up liquid spills and drying out the water spots in the sink.

This is a new product; I tried it and liked it. This is my second order! It combines a probiotic and a prebiotic. I like it!
