My gastroenterologist recommended these and they are doing a great job. I love that they now come in a bottle which makes it much easier to work with.

I take one a day as recommended by my Gastro doctor to help with my Irritable Bowl Syndrome. My digestive system does not like it when I miss a dose; so, it must help.

Not my Favorite. Activia works better for me.

I've been suffering with bloating for months. Felt it working the first day. My stomach isn't as bloated and I am feeling better. Adding more greens to my diet will help as well.

Great flavors. I prefer to eat one in the morning and one at night for balance. It really helps regulate the natural function of your body's digestive system.

I've been using this probiotic consistently but haven't noticed much of a difference. The product is easy to take and the packaging is convenient, but the results just weren't as noticeable as I expected. It may work better for others, but for me it was pretty average.
