Thought I’d try this probiotic in order to achieve a more regular bowel movement. I purchased about 3 months of Align and have been taking the recommended dosage for over a month now and haven’t really noticed any changes. The cost is a bit pricey so I doubt I’ll continue taking them if I don’t get improvement…

I bought this about a month ago and highly recommend by my doctor.

Not my Favorite. Activia works better for me.

Haven’t tried it yet but have heard it is very good for bowel regulation.
