from the moment i opened this bottle it smelled horrible! the taste is horrible, I can hardly get these down, I will not be purchasing these again. I was using metamucil but decided to try this product but hate the smell and taste. I was using this for constipation and its not working. Im goimg back to metamucil. The mixed berry is not pleasant.

Very effective in reducing pain fr
On arthritis, fibromyalgia , and any inflammatory joint pain. I also rub my feet at night for pain due to Neuropathy and I get enough relief to help me fall asleep from the discomfort.  Excellent product.
