if you have already been using a probiotic then you won't have the upset stomach at first if you haven't start close to the bathroom after first week it will go away these are the best to take though helps bloating and gassy stomach and helps cravings

I don't love taking a daily supplement, I am terrible about taking larger pills and the older we get, the larger the pills are. Love that this product is available in gummy form and that the flavors are pretty good, making this a supplement I actually look forward to taking. I can't wait to see more results in my gut health as I continue to take it. But already I feel like I am taking things into my own hands and doing something about the sluggish, discomfort I have lived with so long.

I tried this product for free through a sample from Field Agent. I routinely have stomache digestive issues, so I was excited to try this. As part of the sample, I was required to write a review within a day. For this reason, I only took one pill and did not get an accurate testing of it as it is supposed to work after taking it daily for a number of days. This did not appear to make any difference for me today, but it's not supposed to until after several days, so I will have to wait and see if it helps. Just bought the product but the results are noticeable shortly after the first dose. I like the easy to take once a day pill form vs powders that need mixing and drinks that often have additional sugars that as a diabetic, i try to avoid.
