Ive taken many probiotics in the past but Nothing so far has worked better than Align. I was able to eat a full meal after taking probiotics and for the first time did not feel bloated. I usually am limited to what I'm able to eat but with Align it made all the difference in the world. I was able to digest my food so much better. It is worth the extra money to buy Align and now feel so much better after eating with a better quality product.

I like that the pill is very small in comparison to other probiotics on the market and it doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth. This product was rather expensive to purchase, however the results were extremely efficient. It didn’t take very long to see results. Can’t really tell if it’s working, but I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now and I’m still very bloated. The only reason I may even have a bowel movement is because I am also taking Linzess. I believe the Align is not letting the Linzess work properly. There are still data when I won’t use the bathroom. Maybe my bloating is worse cause Align contains milk😳

This was my first time trying this product. I have to say that while I did not notice too much of a difference body wise, I did take note that I did not have any gas all day. My job requires me on the road a lot, so fast food is unfortunately apart of my daily routine. The only probiotic that actually works for me. My gastroenterologist prescribed it for me. It was the only one he wanted me to take. I’ve been taking it for a number of years. When I tried others I’m not satisfied. One of the benefits that I have noticed is that I have not had a cold since I started taking it. It took me a couple of years to realize that. I guess you understand that I was not missing being cold free.

Got this to balance out my gut and hopefully regulate my bowel movements. Well upon taking exactly as the directions say and after completing the entire bottle on a schedule. I have seen no noticeable results of any kind. You will need two bottles in order to have enough for an entire month. Making this a bit overpriced. It did nothing for me. Your results will vary.

The good: Align has protected individual packaging and its easy to open the bubble pack. I've heard such great things about probiotics and really wanted to try it. The bad: I need more time to know if it's really going to work for me but I'm also concerned because there seems to be a lot of additives. We shall see. This product does contain SOY. I have a soy allergy and every time I took one of these probiotics my tongue started itching. After extensive research I found one article that stated it may contain trace amounts. Not sure if the soy outweighs the supposed benefits.
