Can’t really tell if it’s working, but I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now and I’m still very bloated. The only reason I may even have a bowel movement is because I am also taking Linzess. I believe the Align is not letting the Linzess work properly. There are still data when I won’t use the bathroom. Maybe my bloating is worse cause Align contains milk😳
