I have been a cascade user for years and recommended it to all I know. But, sadly, since the product change, it does not clean wll for me at all. My glasses are ruined and I consistently need to re-wash dishes from the dishwasher. I have tried other products with better success, but continue to buy cascade hoping for the same wonderful results as in the past. Unless something changes, I will not continue to use this product. It does not work and makes more work for my busy household. I am one sad costumer.

I purchased this product in the plastic box that had 44 PACs. Every single PAC is stuck together and most of them are no good. This really upsets me. I am on a limited budget and I thought this was a good purchase, but I was wrong. Will never purchase again!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just watched a commercial that encourages people to use your product with as little as 8 dishes in the dishwasher. It is irresponsible to run the dishwasher if it is not full. Don't waste water! Don't encourage people to waste water. Advertise responsibly!!

We have an expensive Bosch diswasher that works wonderfully. Unfortunately, when we started using the cascade action pacs our dishes came out too stinky to use. They smell like bad fish. All our dishes need to be hand washed afterward, and heaven forbid we should use unrinsed dishes for guests. It is awful. Vancouver has naturally soft water so it could be that. We' had to throw the product out.

Used to love, love all Cascade products and never used anything else. Well, since they took out the phosphates my dishes come out awful with a horrible white film on them and my silverware is even worse. I hate this new Cascade and recently bought Finish on the advice of others and it works great and costs less too. I have about 100 action pacs left and a whole box of Cascade (phosphate free) powder left and really wish I could get my money back for them. They were expensive. Very disappointed!

I love the Cascade All In One Action Packs. My eight year old has recently begun to start the dishwasher, and this is such an easy alternative to the various spills and waste that would come if he was having to use powders or gels. My only complaint is that sometimes the packs get stuck together (probably because his hands are a bit damp) and we have to delicately take them apart, hoping they don't break.

Never had an issue with the cascade liquid. Thought we would try these platinum packs but they foam up too much for our dishwasher and the foam leaks all over our hardwood floor. Returning them to the store. The dawn liquid in the is going to ruin everything.

I have recently purchased cascade complete and am thrilled with the results! My only complaint is that it's the most expensive brand at my grocery store and it bumps up my bill quite a bit. However, my dishes have never come out of the dishwasher cleaner!! After struggling for years to find a cheaper product and even trying to make the detergent myself, I am glad I found something that actually works. I was so tired of my dishes coming out covered in a white film or looking like I never even ran the dishwasher. I even told my husband that he is going to think he's jumped into a cascade commercial when I described how well it worked! Thanks cascade!

I have a brand new dishwasher. It just wasn't doing to job of cleaning my dishes so I gave up on it. I have been hand washing my dishes. Everybody else seemed happy with their dishwasher so I thought it was just the brand and so be it. Waste of space in my kitchen, it's got to go. A friend told me give it another chance and use her brand Cascade Complete. Bought a small pack. My dishwasher has been redeemed! It was the detergent I was using not the machine. LOL I am very happy how clean my dishes came out. Even the silverware past my clean test. Thanks for this product. :)

I cannot lift the heavy powder boxes anymore. So, I bought the container with the small individual pouches. I am amazed at the simple idea of using one pouch to clean my dishes in the dishwasher. How exciting it is to find a product that works as well as advertised. I am a total believer in this product.
