We live in Central Texas and have very hard water from our well. We have a water softner on our water supply. Our dishwasher is about 6 years old and have used Cascade of some sort since living here. I really like the Cascade Complete but my husband bought the Cascade Action Pacs and now my dishes have a film on them. I will start adding vinegar to the rinse water but will not buy the action pacs again. Will try Complete next time and hope to have better results.

I will stick to hand washing my expensive pots and pans. Cascade platinum made gouges in the elevated heat base of my granite ceramic fry pan and made the handle loose. These pods must be super toxic if they take take burned lasagna off a pan like they advertise. I'm switching back to members mark ultimate clean pacs. It won't let me upload my pictures

We have an older dishwasher. So we tried to use these, because that was the only product they available at the time. Everything comes out tasting like soap. We had to run an extra dishwasher cycle just to wash the taste out. We ended up throwing away several of our silicone bake mats because they made all the food on them taste like soap. These are probably really good in newer dishwashers, but if you have a dishwasher that's more than 10 years old, look for a different product

My college roommates and I got our first apartment together this August. Due to the finical strain of tuition, groceries and rent we have had to make a few sacrifies. But one thing we will not give up is the Cascade Complete Pacs. This is the first time any of us have used a dishwaser. We have tried other brands and nothing compares to the work that Casade Complete Pacs do. We may have to dig for a few quarters in the couch, but we will not give up these up. The grease fighting power of dawn has won us over. We are committed customer for life (or as long as we have a dishwasher).

Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs are the best! I have tried other packs of and they just don't do the job like Cascade. I highly recommend these to any one who needs a new cleaner. The reason I switched to the ActionPacs was because they were named the best cleaning product by Consumer Reports Magazine. Those people at Consumer Reports sure know what they are talking about!

I was running out of money so I decided I would use an Cheaper dishwashing soap. What a big mistake my Dishes came out yelling at me what a mess. I had my Husband go to the store and buy Cascade tablets. Trust me I dont care how broke I am I wont use anything else for my LG Dishwasher.

I purchased this product about six months ago. I tried to find a site to see if others were having the same issue. The ActionPacs are not dissolving. When I went on the Cascade site, it started assuming my dishwasher was the problem. Let me assure you it is not. These Pacs are not dissolving and leaving my dishes dirty. Let me make an added note: This product is an excellent product, when ActionPac dissolves. I would recommend this product to a friend but can't right now.

Clean dishes great, but the scent from all the chemicals and fragrance remains on the dishes, especially the plastic items. We have a brand new dishwasher, so don't blame it on the machine or clogged arms etc. Make an unscented pod! We don't want perfume on our dishes! Back to liquid Cascade we go….

they say its money back garuntee but the form dont download properly i didnt want to say anything and just get my money back but the form dont downloads so what am i gonna do so i am writing a review I have to run dishwasher 2 times and still i have clean some to dishes by hand too i am switching to finish cause its good and it cleans better so wont recommend to any one i dont know how these people find it good may be they havent used finish

Have tried them all and cascade complete far out ways all the others. It dissolves completely everytime. Other brands I've tried would not dissolve completely in my dishwasher and had to rewash my dishes. I want to be sure my dishes are clean and with cascade complete that's what I get. Only brand for me.
