I don't care for this product. Sometimes it leaves a gooey mess at the bottom of my dishwasher. It also does not rinse clean and leaves a film on my glasses and in my dishwasher. I want sparkling glasses. I also don't feel it lives up to the promise of not having to pre-wash dishes. It is not that powerful.

I have always been OCD about my dishes and couldn't stand the smudges my cheap apartment dishwasher left on my dishes. I kept thinking "How am I going to put up with this for 12 months!?" I decided to try this product just so I could email you guys saying "Ha! Your ad lied! They are still dirty!" Boy was I wrong! There were dishes with grease on them that I couldn't get off but when they came out of the dishwasher, no grease and no smudges! It's almost a miracle! Thank you so much!

Cleans better than any other product that I have used. Unfortunately, the scent stays on the dishes. I use the lavender and the smell is still there days later. My plastic coffee mug smells and tastes like lavender. I use the product on all of my other dishes but avoid using it on any plastics.
