Its a title pricey but by the time you purchase the rinse aid, he cost is the same. quite convenient and gives off a great scent. Glasses are sparkly and shining. Dishes give off a clean look. I would purchase it again because my dish ware is definitely improving!

I always used and loved Cascade for the past 35 years. In the last month my dishes have been gritty, and the only way to have clean dishes now with the new product is to hand wash the dishes in vinegar after cleaning them in the dishwasher. Now why would I want to hand wash the dishes when I bought a very high quality dishwasher? I am throwing out the 2 new boxes of Cascade I just bought. I am sure there is an environmentally friendly brand that will leave my dishes shiny again. I will not buy this anymore. I feel very sorry for the person who has to respond to all the complaints with such lame "fixes".

I DO NOT wash dishes, and with Cascade Complete Packs, I don't have to. Now that I'm retired, my hobby is cooking, and I stack up prep articles along with baking, cooking and regular dishes faster than when the kids were little. Often, it's late or the next morning before our washer is turned on, and by then our adult son has loaded dishes that might have "who knows what" on them and cramed them into a tight spot. Every time I open the door, my dishes are clean and shining. No baked on food, no greasy feel to the plastic, it's all clean and spotless. And what's more, using the packs is so easy that even my husband is eager to look to see if the dishwasher is filled and ready to go! That's a real bonus.

We have used Cascade for years and years. Within the last couple of years we started having recurring drain clogs. After a few occurances we started blaming the problem on poor plumbing configurations. Well, this past week I decided to redo our dishwasher and sink drains. Fortunately, I started downstream and intended to work backwarks... upstream. I removed the trap associated with the blocked drain and found it totally cloged with white undisolved dishwashing detergent. You state that your product is formulated to work in and temp and any water hardness. My wife and I have decided to suspend using your products. We have spent a fortune on having drains unclogged and don't ever want to waste our hard earned money again! Work this out guys!!!

I have tried numerous brands and Cascade Platinum it the tops! It cleans dried on food & grease that have set in the dishwasher until I have a full load, sometimes 2 days! Keeps my dishes and dish washer sparking clean! Plus! The purple, blue & green pacs do not leave rust stains on my silverware! I would not use any other! I now have family and friends switched to this product!

I was given a sample of Cascade Platinum and immediately saw a difference in the clean and sparkle of my dishes, glasses and utensils. Even the inside of my dishwasher looks better. You could not pay me enough to switch to another brand!

Let alone what it does with an old dishwasher inside It always leaves everything sparkling clean, And smelling great NO water spots! And by using the pacs.I always know I'm not using too much product and leaving a nasty soap residue. awesome product.
