[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have terrible water where we live, the dishes always had spots on them and sometimes they didn't get completely clean. I started using these and now I don't have to worry, they are clean and no more spots.

I normally buy the Up & Up brand products finding them to be just as good if not better than name brands. The same was true of my dishwasher detergent. But a few months ago, I started to notice that my silverware was looking dull and came out of the dishwasher with a filmy look that I couldn't wipe clean. I wasn't sure if it was the detergent or my dishwasher. So next time I went to the store, I decided to buy a different brand to see if that made a difference. That's when I saw the Cascade Complete Trial Packs. I don't think I would have invested in a full size pack at the time, not being sure if it was just my dishwasher with the problem. But when I saw the trial packs, I thought, "COOL! This is perfect!" And sure enough, one wash with Cascade Complete and my silverwave was brighter. After 3 washes, they were bright and shiny, like new, and continue to look fantastic. Knowing that my silverware is looking so great, I'm confident the rest of my dishes are much cleaner as well! I was so impressed that I was compelled to share my experience. I was amazed that not only did my silverware come clean, but Casacade Complete actually worked away the build up of film I hadn't realized was there until it got bad enough to notice. And being a retail professional who works in merchandising, I have to congratulate your merchandising team for their idea to do the trial packs! Such a simple idea, but it made all the difference. When I finished the trial pack and went to buy more, I happily bought the big "bucket"/container, and honestly didn't even look at the price because whatever it was, I knew it was worth it.

My husband and I are elderly so we don't have big meals anymore. This means that the dishwasher doesn't get used every day. I used to have to be sure the dishes were rinsed so thoroughly that I figured I might just as well hand wash them. What a delightful surpise when I found that the action pacs removed all dried on food so beautifully. Love the product!

I have been using Cascade for many, many years. I purchased the new Cascade Complete All in One ActionPacs and was pleasantly surprised at the shine on my dishes and the silverware was really shiny. Thank you for this new product, and it is easy to use, no spill.

I have been using Cascade for over 30 years, and my glasses were always spotless. Now I have a film all over all my dishes. I understand this is a reformulation issue, but how do I get my glasses clean? I have switched to another brand in hopes it will help. The company needs to stop advertising until the problem is fixed. I'll go back to handwashing all my dishes.

I decided to use my dishwasher for the first time and bought these and am so disappointed. My dishes come out really spotty and having to be rinsed again. What's the purpose of buying the platinum that tells you your dishes will come out spotless if you end up having to rinse them off again after a 2hr cycle?

I absolutely LOVE this! I have 5 children, and they have not grasped the concept of rinsing off the dishes before puting them into the dishwasher. I always had food left on dishes, milk stuck to the bottom of glasses, etc... I heard that this was a great product for issues of the sort, so I thought I'd give it a try. AMEN!! I found my MIRACLE!! Thanks a bunch to P&G and Cascade!!

As a result of Hurricane Sandy I was displaced from my apartment for almost 4 months. A dishwasher full of dirty dishes remained unwashed for that period of time. Upon returning to my apartment I ran them through a pots and pans cycle with a Cascade Complete Pac which cleaned them all without any additional washing. I commend you on your excellent product and highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite pleased with the Cascade Action Paks. With these I no longer have powder residue on my dishes nor do I have to hand wash something that didn't come completely clean. I no longer use a rinse aid because the water seems to sheet right off and my glassware is without streaks or spots.

I have been using Cascade powder in a box for decades and have been very pleased with its cleaning performance. The new ActionPacs do not show the same performance.Food residue is left on dishes, they look dull. I am not pleased. My dishwasher has two containers for cleaner, yet we only use one ActionPac. Why? Should I be using 2 or 3 pacs? Disappointed.
