Doesn't work and disappointed. For a product that claims to "powers away 24-hour, stuck-on food so you don't have to," "no-need to pre-wash," the product did not work at all. I had to rewash my dishes, and also pre-wash non-stuck on food dishes, and even then dishes did not come out spotless. I will go back to using FINISH® dish detergents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade platinum is one of the best products I ever use. There is no need to rinse before putting your dishes in the dishwasher. It removes burnt on food. It leaves the dishes and cups sparkling clean with no residue. I would recommend this product to everyone.

i have used liquid Cascade for years and always loved it .I purchased a canister if the Cascade extra action PACKS and i hate them ! They have left white residue on my dishes and stainless utensils. I WENT BACK TO LIQUID. I NOW HAVE A 110 PACK UNDER MY SINK THAT WILL GET THROWN OUT .A big waste of money !!!

I have used Cascade for many years. I am not happy with the packets -- white granules are left inside my dishes, especially coffee mugs and glasses. I will go back to Cascade gel to see if the problem goes away before trying another brand of detergent.

Our condo complex lost water for 2 days. I had a load of enchilada dishes that I couldnt get washed and I was panicking. My husband said babe no worries we have that new cascase stuff remember. I was soooooo skeptical to be honest. I figured I was going to have to buy new dishes and new pots and pans. After the 2 days we FINALLY got water back so after my shower I started the dishwasher thinking yea right this is going to be a disaster. I was so SHOCKED!! My pots were CLEAN! Perfectly clean, nothing left on them. The dishes were so shiny! All i can say is bravo Cascade BRAVO

I have a new Whirlpool dishwasher and used to use the gel with bleach in my old Kitchenaid which I was very happy with. When I got the Whirlpool the gel with bleach didn't work well at all so I switched to this gel but it doesn't remove coffee and tea stains and sometimes I find food stains on plates that simply rinse off with water and a light rub. What do you recommend?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One reason I never liked putting my dishes in the dishwasher. .. because when the cycle finished., my dishes were STILL uncleaned. Once I tried the cascade packets it worked great! Especially when you just pop a packet in so quick.

My parents had all five of their children and their families together recently. This was the first time in 13 or so years we all made it together!! That was A LOT of dishes to wash!! Although we had to run two loads, we actually left that kitchen spotless! So did the Platinum Cascade Pacs leave the dishes amazingly clean and shiny.
