I have a two year old GE Profile Dishwasher and both times that I have used these pacs they have never totally desolved in the main dispenser. I've had to scrub the blue and green stuff out. They seemed to clean everything well - but I just couldn't deal with the stuff totally not desolving. I'll stick to the liquid Cascade.

I just recently tried the cascade complete packs and I was blown away by how a great job it did. I had the incident of leaving the dishes in my dish washer for over 24 hours so I put one pack in to see if it would really work and it did!! I love this product and im going to keep on using it.

It especially works well in my portable dishwasher. The dishes always come out clean and the dishwasher has a clean smell after doing a load of dishes.

I love how easy they are to use. My husband used to always put those other pods that come wrapped right in without taking the plastic off, Now..he is really able to help load the dishwasher and the dishes get cleaned...the first time

These are so awesome. We bought our first home 5 years ago, and the dishwasher is a bit old and funky looking, and since I never had one before I was not sure if it was going to die or whatever. I saw on the ads on tv that Cascade Platinum Pacs cleaned and brightened up old and dingy dishwashers, so I decided to try them. I used them 2 times in a row, and WOW, it looks so shiny and new looking, they are amazing. You have to try them, you will not regret it.

It's formula is the only one to completely work against the toughest jobs and remove the caked-on food, grease, and particles without even having to pre-wash or rinse. Unlike other brands, there is never any powdery residue or haze left on glasses or dishes afterwards. It leaves my dishwasher looking clean and shiny with every use. I could not say enough good things about the Cascade Completet and would recommend it to anyone (I already have with family and friends).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the gel packs. They are so easy to just pop in the dishwasher. Not sure if it's the dishwasher or the packs but I still need to thoroughly rinse off dishes before putting into the dishwasher.

I only use Cascade so thought I would try Cascade Complete. The first time I used I thought my dishwasher was not working - nothing came clean like regular cascade. Ran it again and same problem - teapot that always sparkes still had tea stains on outside and inside. Will go back to regular Cascade

I started using cascade platinum products about six months ago and and happy to say that my dishes come out perfectly clean every time. I highly recommend this product to anyone.
