[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade complete action packs get all of our dishes sparkly clean. We have a busy family & run our dishwasher a minimum of once every day--sometimes twice or even three times. Every load comes out super clean and with no food residue. The only thing that would make it better would be to make it less expensive. Every time I buy a cheaper brand I end up regretting it because it just doesn't work as well.

I have been using Cascade Complete for a long time. My husband bought Casecade ExtraAction and we tried it for a week, HORRIBLE...everything was streaked white and had to be rinsed off everything to get rid of the powdery film. Another week with Cascade Complete and back to spotless dishes and glasses. The coffee pot shines again.

For years we've been purchasing Cascade Completed specifically because it had phosphates and not bleach. It was a great product that I recommend to friends and they thought it was great too! Today I go to the store and notice that Cascade Complete has Bleach and no Phosphates. What? I come on this site to see what was up and now see you say State and Federal regulations restrict the use of Phosphates in dishwasher detergent. It appears Phosphates is just a problem in Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. I don't live in any of those states. Why can't you keep the good old formula in the other states? For now, since your formula is now like all others (you have bleach and no phosphates) there is not need to pay the premium (that I used to happily pay), and will look for another product that still has phosphates or will get “whatever's on sale”. If you ever decide to sell the old formula again I would be happy to purchase it. Also, since this was such a big change in your product you should have changed the name of you product to something like Eco Friendly but Won't Clean Your Dishes and Will Etch your Glassware cleaner.

We are a small family of four so some times it takes a few days too fill the dish washer but I don't have too worry as it always does a wonderful job, no matter how dirty the dishes are, no pre rinsing needed. Love the product. Will never switch again.

I have settled for good on Cascade Platinum. It's a WINNER. It does the job well and reliably. Thanks, Cascade, for a really good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product left my dishes very clean and glasses were clean too, which doesn't happen when I use cheaper off brand soaps. pods make it easy to put in and go, which is also a plus. I would recommend this product. I also like their dishwasher clean cycle pods, they work very nicely and leave my washer nice and clean without any extra effort. would also recommend those.

This review is about Cascade Powder. I've been buying it for the last couple of years (even though it's more expensive than other brands) because it always works the best. However, I recently bought some with newly designed packaging and found that the product seems to have been redesigned as well. It does NOT work as good as before; it leaves residue on my plastics, and a film on my glass. I am so angry that I wasted my money! I won't buy Cascade again!!!!

Cascade Platinum leaves my dishes spotless, and my glasses sparkling. I have never used another product that even comes close to the incredible results of Cascade Platinum. I'll never switch to another dishwashing product. Please don't change this formula as it works great!!

When Cascade complete came out, i tried it and find out not only are my dishes cleaner, there are no spots on my glasses.
