Cascade works great, it is very easy to use, just pop it in no measuring needed. My dishes were clean the first time through even with dried on stuck food. I did not have to rinse any dished before washing them. Cascade action pacs make my life easier. I will definitely purchase them again and I highly reccomened them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started off using a competitors brand when I got my first dishwasher I there was a coupon in my local newspaper decided to give Cascade a try love the product Soooo Mucchhh!!! I would never buy any other dish washing detergent.

I have used Cascade Complete and recommended it to many friends. I have never used any other dishwasher detergent than Cascade. Last week my dishes started having a white film on them. I researched on the Internet the causes of this and, as directed, soaked a glass in a white vinegar solution to see if it made the cloudiness go away. It did, so I purchased Cascade Rinse Aid. The dishes are still covered with a white film. I now read that it is because the phosphates have been removed by law. I understand this; however how am I going to get my dishes clean?

Hhs glasses & any clear dishes especially looked dirty from all the water spots left behind to where you couldn't hardly get them off even hand washing, so we switched to these & it literally made his dishes look new again. It's nice to not have to rewash every dish before using them What a great product you've made. Thank you

I have used Cascade products for years and always been satisfied.. However, I recently purchased your Cascade Complete and have become totally disenchanted. All my coffee and tea cups have become stained. I never had this problem previously. Unless I specifically take a sponge with detergent soap on it and scrub, the stains will not come out. I will never buy this product again and will discourage my friends from doing the same.

My boyfriend insists on using the Cascade shine shield formula "with the GREASE FIGHTING POWER of DAWN" action pacs in our dishwasher. Only problem is, more often than not, I run the dishwasher only to open the door at cycle completion to find the pac still completely intact! This is not a dishwasher malfuction, as the trap door that releases the pacs does work and I frequently find the pac flopped somewhere on the bottom of the dishwasher. So what do I do? I run the cycle again with the same dishes with the same pac-because why try and use another pac when I've got one at the bottom of the dishwasher that's perfectly unscathed. So I run it again. No change. So, now I'm running my dishwasher again (third time) with a different pac. My hopes are not high.

I would recommend them to anyone that has a dishwasher. I have, in the past, used the competition and find Cascade works better than the competition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works on most of my dishes. Sometime the glasses seem to have a film on them. I wish there was something that would get that clean. For the most part all of my dishes are clean with no leftover food on them.

I have been a customer for 20 yrs. Your product is now useless and I have discarded an almost full box. I have to wash the dishes before I use your product and again after I use your product. I'll keep trying other brands until I find a suitable product. The phospphate- free is an issue, but it's your problem. Find a soluton or get out of the business.

With great anticipation I purchased this product for my husband to use. He is visually impaired so I thought this would be wonderful. WRONG! I followed the package directions & discovered at the end the detergent packet had only have dissolved. What an enormous disappointment! Save the extra monies, don't bother to buy this product.
