I have been using Cacade products for years and have been very satisfied. Recently I purchase Cascade Complete powder and my dishes came out with a white residue on them. I thougfht the problem could be with my KitchenAid dishwasher so I had it checked out and there was no problem. I purchased another box of Cascade Complete thinking maybe there was something wrong with the first box. I was finally forced to change to another brand of dishwasher detergent. I am very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pacs work wonders on everything that I place in the dishwasher....especially glass items. I am a frugal person, so when I dish out some cash, I make sure the product is worth it and these pacs definitely are.

We bought the little packets and they smelled too strong, so next time we bought the liquid, it smells way to strong as well. I put in as little as I can so it doesn't stink up the house, but my wife puts in more of the stuff. Do you sell an unperfumed dishwasher detergent? If not we will have to switch brands. The product works cleans the dishes but drives me crazy.

Have heard from friends in Michigan and California and my experience (I live in Texas) about how absolutely awful, dreadful the new formula of Cascade is. All agree it leaves greasy coating on inside of dishwasher and dishes come out looking greasy and look unclean. Michigan says they can still get the old formula but have to read ingredients. I've heard that you didn't have to change the formula but decided to get ahead of the environmentalists. BAD Mistake. Most of us are not loony-tunes and we want a product to work before changing or at least give us the option of which one to use. I've just got a new environmental washing machine ($800+) that won't clean anything and takes 2x as long to wash but uses 4 inches of water. Add toilets that don't flush and I am MAD about all this "new, wonderful, environmental" stuff that doesn't work but is being forced on me!!!! A long-timer satisfied user of Cascade, We will move to a product from Mexico, India or China (easily available here in Texas) if you dead-heads keep this up. I am reviewing only the new Cascade here.

We've used Cascade for years with good results. Now the new Cascade is different, it leaves silverware with a nasty thick film on it that won't come off unless we soak it in vinegar and scrub it. It also leaves a film on anything glass or silver in color. Our plastic utensils look like they have been sandblastic with white chalk. They were black, they are now grey, and the vinegar does not fix them.

I was at a work meeting about going the extra mile. We were talking about products we would buy no matter what when a nurse stood up and talked about how amazing Cascade Platinum was. Well I went and bought it right away. We have been thru dishwashers and most of the time I hand wash after running it. Our water is terrible. But our dishes are sparkling. The glasses are clear and clean. No more soaking them in vinegar and scrubbing away the hard water stains. I will not settle for a lesser product. I am so sold on this product and very grateful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband actually bought them and I was kind of hesitant but I agreed because they were on sale and OMG they are amazing! They leave my dishes clean and sparkling, with a clean scent! I love them. The dishwasher pacs I used before made my dishes smell like wet dog, disgusting, who wants to eat off of a plate that smells like wet dog?!? And now my dishes have a fresh scent. I won't use anything else now! I love the Cascade Platinum Pacs

I absolutely love this product!! I got a sample somewhere and have bought nothing else since! It does everything it is supposed to. I have left dirty dishes in the dishwasher for days and used the pod and they came clean as a whistle--- unreal!! LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using these tablets and my dishwasher came clean. Apartment living can have some really awful appliances, ours was horrid. I say it took 4 or 5 washes and the dishwasher sparkled inside. I have recommended this product to my family with great results.

I am 81 years old...We have had a dishwasher for 50 years...Cascade liquid is the best product ever...Would not buy anything else....We do rinse our dishes and do not let them sit in the dishwasher for a week without running the dishwasher....I have seen food on dishes in homes who let the food dry on the dishes in the dishwasher...Naturally it is going to be harder to clean...I have white spots on my cheap glasses, but that has happened with anything I have used...Love this product have used it with bleach to get stains out of clothes....Would never purchase anything other than Cascade...Nor would my grown family of nine....Thank you!!
