I've used Cascade for decades. But since the reformulation of the dishwashing detergent, it has continued to clump up and won't complete release from the detergent holder. It seems to be more compact and solidifies instead of dissolving in the water. So, upon completion of the cycle, the detergent is still sitting in the dispenser like concrete.

I have used Cascade for many years. The last couple of purchases have left every plastic item unusable due to the stench of the scent in Cascade. Every plastic item has had to be washed again with an unscented product made by another manufacturer. Until P&G offers an unscented version, I will be spending my money elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the only dishwasher soap I will use. It's the only one that really gets the dishes clean. Our dishwasher is not the best at cleaning. After trying many soaps, this was the only one that really worked!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We end up going to several stores to find this product when we need it. We never have to add a rinse aid with this product which saves us time and money over using only a dish detergent without the extra cleaning and rinse ingredients.

We have very hard water in our town. We've gone through several sets of glasses; each one was discarded after the hard water stains got so bad, we couldn't stand them any longer. Since we've started using Cascade Complete All in 1 after having switched from the Cascade powder, the stains on our current glasses have disappeared. I'm very happy with the product and with its ease of use.

I've tried a hundred dishwashing soaps inexpensive and the expensive ones. Liquid, powder and then finally tried the Cascade Pods. Oh my gosh. Nothing will ever work better. I was ready to go get a new dishwasher until you use these wonderful Pods to clean dishes. The glasses are like brand new. So so clean, smells pretty while the dishwasher is running AND no spots. Nothing will work better. I will never buy anything else. thanks Cascade :)

I was very skeptical about spending the extra money, but found these on sale and thought I would try them. I was very impressed from the beginning. They make the kitchen smell good when washing, which is more than I can say for the cheaper brands I have used. But the ultimate test was when I placed a glass casserole dish, not rinsed, with spaghetti sauce, cheese and pasta baked right in it, into the dishwasher without pre-rinsing. I also put 6 large plates with the same remnants in there along with all the other things after dinner. They all came out sparkling clean, and spot-free, along with my drinking glasses and flatware. There was also a 13x9 baking pan with cake crumbs and frosting still in it and they all were perfect! I would never have believed it had I not done it myself. Im sold. It will be worth the extra money, although I will continue to look for coupons and sales, of course.

I always used and loved Cascade for the past 35 years. In the last month my dishes have been gritty, and the only way to have clean dishes now with the new product is to hand wash the dishes in vinegar after cleaning them in the dishwasher. Now why would I want to hand wash the dishes when I bought a very high quality dishwasher? I am throwing out the 2 new boxes of Cascade I just bought. I am sure there is an environmentally friendly brand that will leave my dishes shiny again. I will not buy this anymore. I feel very sorry for the person who has to respond to all the complaints with such lame "fixes".
