[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I changed from Finish product to Cascade, and couldnt be happier. 99% of the grime comes off my dishes. I sometimes have a bowl that does get completely clean- not sure what that is about. My dishwasher is left smelling clean and looking clean, which is important. My dishwasher is 10 years old.

I have been using Cascade Complete now for around 10 years, I love it! I will not buy anything else. I have tried all of the other brands, they don't even "cut the mustard" so to speak. I raised 4 sons and a husband none of which know how to scrape a plate, and this detergent cuts it all! Not kidding! I just told a friend about this product the other day, because she was complaining about white residue on her dishes, I NEVER have that. From a 42 year old mom and grandma, this works great, so buy it!

After 30 plus years of individually cleaning my chandelier crystals I finally got smart. I took them off and placed them in the dishwasher after setting down some garden netting on the top rack! They came out cleaner than if I had hand washed each one of them. A job that took 4 plus hours for each chandelier now takes 30 minutes. Used the Cascade action pacs. Who says you cannot teach an old dog new tricks. thank you. end.

I spent four hours yesterday, cleaning rubberized Cascade Complete from the reservoir and pump of my GE smart dispense system. I now see on your website that the new and old Cascade formulations must not be mixed. Why no warning message on the bottle? I am disgusted that I had to spend half of my only day off repairing the damage done by your product, not to mention the loss of a bottle and a half of product. We have been loyal customers and used this product exclusively since purchasing this dishwasher. This could have been avoided with simple notification on the bottle. Is that too much to ask?

They are so easy I can let my young granddaughter put the pack in the dishwasher, close the top, close the dishwasher and push start. (Of course with supervision) The product works exceptionally. Well on dried on food and dairy products. A problem in a three generation household.

The pots band pans sparkle as well as the dishes. This is the best product end the only one that you will ever need to purchase for your dishwasher. Try it I get you want find any better.

I couldn't stand the Cascade action pacs not dissolving. I just remodled my kitchen and bought new appliances. My new high end Frigidaire dishwasher didn't make a bit of difference. I thought it was the old Kitchen Aid washer that was the problem of the Cascade pacs not dissolving. Not so. The first wash it worked, then the second one was a no go. I even set the washer to high temp scrub, still the pac didn't dissolve. I will stay with the liquid cascade.

Many times the package states how great the product is and is supposed to be the best item available...wrong!! Whenever I had tried the Cascade recently, I was very impressed, it did exactly what it was supposed to do. I do not remember the last time my dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans came out so clean and sparkly. I have to admit that I was thrilled, so happy there is a product out there finally that cleans like it is supposed too, a very satisfied and loyal customer from now on.

Cascade Platinum is the best yet of all the dishwasher detergents. It is the only detergent that I simply throw in the dishwasher and let it do its thing. No pre-washing, no rinsing, no scraping. I can let my dishes set dirty for hours, yet they still come out sparkling clean.
