i love love love platinum for so many reasons my dishes come out great and i dont have to rinse them i love alone so i only run the dishwasher once a week the inside of my dish washer is so clean and i love the smell when the dishwasher is running i will never use anything else unless it is yours with gain best stuff ever

First of all, these packets do not fit in my KitchenAid dishwasher's detergent dispenser. I have to step on them to mash them flat enough to fit and sometimes they split open. The dishes do not get clean, especially the stainless steel flatware. The glasses are cloudy and often need handwashing after they come out of the dishwasher. I have to inspect each dish individually before putting them in the cabinet. I use hot water when washing and no other detergent has offered such a poor job of cleaning. Very disappointed.

My dishes were coming out of the dishwasher dirty and my glasses were cloudy and I was very frustrated. Then I tried Cascade complete and my glasses aren't cloudy, my dishes are clean and even my dishwasher looks cleaner inside. Thanks Cascade I will never use any other product again.

My husband and I are elderly so we don't have big meals anymore. This means that the dishwasher doesn't get used every day. I used to have to be sure the dishes were rinsed so thoroughly that I figured I might just as well hand wash them. What a delightful surpise when I found that the action pacs removed all dried on food so beautifully. Love the product!

When I started using the new phosphate-free Cascade Complete Powder, translucent plastic glasses took on a white powdery coating that would not come off and ruined them. It did the same for black nylon spatulas. Then of course there is the white film on glasses. And yes, we used hot water with enough pressure, spaced dishes well and used the recommended amounts of "Complete?" detergent. How Complete is it if you have to wash again with vinegar and then a third cycle with Cascade Complete? We have used Cascade for decades but that has come to an end.

Unfortunately, I have to report a major problem I have had using Cascade powder. It does not seem to break down Chocolate Soy Milk. I used a product called Silk Soy and quickly rinsed all glasses before loading into my new stainless steel dishwasher and after numerous service calls and diagnostics thoroughly tested with no fault found with the dishwasher, the dishes/glassware, etc. always ended up with chocolate silk soy residue. Replaced the dishwasher--used Cascade again--same problem. PLEASE test your product on Chocolate Silk Soy Milk. I have also notified the soy milk manufacturer. Unless I stop using the soy milk, I probably would not purchase Cascade unless/until the manufacturer puts an additive in to break down the soy. Thank you.

With great anticipation I purchased this product for my husband to use. He is visually impaired so I thought this would be wonderful. WRONG! I followed the package directions & discovered at the end the detergent packet had only have dissolved. What an enormous disappointment! Save the extra monies, don't bother to buy this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was such a joy to be able to put the dishes directly in the dishwasher instead of having to pre-wash them. My dishwasher is an older model and I have NEVEr seen it clean so well! Thanks so much for making clean-up a pleasure instead of such a chore!

I have used Cascade Complete and recommended it to many friends. I have never used any other dishwasher detergent than Cascade. Last week my dishes started having a white film on them. I researched on the Internet the causes of this and, as directed, soaked a glass in a white vinegar solution to see if it made the cloudiness go away. It did, so I purchased Cascade Rinse Aid. The dishes are still covered with a white film. I now read that it is because the phosphates have been removed by law. I understand this; however how am I going to get my dishes clean?

I have been a customer for 20 yrs. Your product is now useless and I have discarded an almost full box. I have to wash the dishes before I use your product and again after I use your product. I'll keep trying other brands until I find a suitable product. The phospphate- free is an issue, but it's your problem. Find a soluton or get out of the business.
