I have tried numerous brands and Cascade Platinum it the tops! It cleans dried on food & grease that have set in the dishwasher until I have a full load, sometimes 2 days! Keeps my dishes and dish washer sparking clean! Plus! The purple, blue & green pacs do not leave rust stains on my silverware! I would not use any other! I now have family and friends switched to this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We made the switch to the Platinum ActionPacs and could not be more pleased! We have had ZERO issues with all our dishwasher items coming out clean! We very rarely pre-wash anything and to have a productive that continuously does the job better than any product we've used (in over 20 years) says a lot about research and development!

I do love the scent of the Thai Dragon Cascade but was sorely disappointed to discover that the pink liquid in at least half of the pacs was missing which computes to a disappointing waste of money. However, after years of purchasing Cascade this is the first time I have experienced a problem with the product.

used the old formula for years - no problem - used the new formula and ALL of my aluminum is badly discolored - checked the box - way down at the bottom of the back of the box it says "don't use with aluminum" THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT SHOULD BE IN LARGE TYPE ON THE FRONT OF THE BOX

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since using Cascade Platinum ,my dishes are amazingly clean. I don;t have to wash the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. The other brand leaves a filmy layer on the dishes. Cascade is the best!

Cascade Platinum is the best yet of all the dishwasher detergents. It is the only detergent that I simply throw in the dishwasher and let it do its thing. No pre-washing, no rinsing, no scraping. I can let my dishes set dirty for hours, yet they still come out sparkling clean.

I got a sample from walmart.com and was so excited to use it. After the first wash I was hooked. This product cleans better than any other I've tried. My dishwasher would leave a yucky film and didn't clean that well, but with the cascade complete the dishes come out sparkly!!

I DO NOT wash dishes, and with Cascade Complete Packs, I don't have to. Now that I'm retired, my hobby is cooking, and I stack up prep articles along with baking, cooking and regular dishes faster than when the kids were little. Often, it's late or the next morning before our washer is turned on, and by then our adult son has loaded dishes that might have "who knows what" on them and cramed them into a tight spot. Every time I open the door, my dishes are clean and shining. No baked on food, no greasy feel to the plastic, it's all clean and spotless. And what's more, using the packs is so easy that even my husband is eager to look to see if the dishwasher is filled and ready to go! That's a real bonus.

I've been a lifetime user of Cascade but I am greatly disappointed with Cascade with extra Bleach. The product is not a get. It is so thin and watery that when you go to pour it in the soap dispenser it runs all over the dishwasher door. It's wasteful. It's made me so concerned that I've decided to switch to Finish. My concern is that all your products are now of a watery consistency and consequently too expensive due to waste. This decision to move from a gel product is poor.

I absolutely LOVE your Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs! The dishes come out shiny and there are no streaks. The dishwasher smells fresh and clean and I never have to rewash anything! They are so easy to use that my picky husband can run the dishwasher!!! In face, he has taken over both loading and unloading and has commented on how clean the dishes are! I'll NEVER buy anything else!!! Thank you Cascade!!!
