[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product because it is so easy and simple to use and being a stay at home mom with two kids, we run the dishwasher often during the week. I can just grab a pack, pop it into the dishwasher, and start it. No measuring liquid or powder, no mess to clean up, and safe enough for my kids to use as well. They can grab the pack and pop it in too without me worrying about chemicals getting on their skin or them making a mess. It's the only dish washing soap I use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Cascade even before these great little pacs. But my dishwasher is now 19 years old and my dishes still come out sparkling clean. I don't think anything will ever make me change to another product.

The 32 pack of Cascade with Grease Fighting Power of Dawn (Citrus Scent 4X concentrated )were purchased probably 6 mos ago and placed in overflow storage in my home until I needed to refill my jar that I keep under the sink. When I opened the pouch of 32, some of the pacs felt moist to the touch. Strangely, they weren't sticking together. There is also a film of yellow liquic (the citrus, I suspect) across the bottom of the plastic pouch. Just wonder if anyone else has experienced this "phenomenon". Hopefully the Citrus Scent won't be overpowering like I've read from others' comments! And hopefully, the product will perform as I expect. Since Cascade is always more $$, I have tried other brands with great success. Thanx.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before using the Cascade complete packs, my dishwasher just wasn't getting my dishes clean: would often pull out "clean" cutlery or glasses with nasty bits stuck to them, and my dishwasher smelled musty. Using the Complete packs was a revelation; not only were my dishes spotlessly clean, but my machine seemed cleaner and smelled fresh. Cannot sing the praises enough of the Cascade Complete packs.

So when we bought the dishwasher I continued to rinse the dishes , till a friend told me I didn't need to do that . The Dishwasher came with a free pack of Cascade and I loved the clean smell of the packs so I stuck with Cascade. I have never rinsed my dishes and they come out the cleanest and have the best scent. I also find the Cascade packs help to keep your dishwasher clean and fresh.I will never use another brand but I will try all the different varieties that Cascade offers.

I was surprised to find such positive reviews here about Cascade packets. Having used Cascade powder for decades with satisfaction, I was looking forward to trying something so simple as a packet. Unfortunately, not only would they never clean dishes with food sitting on them for days (as it states in the commercials), I find that they don't clean well at all, even though I'm not someone who lets food sit on my dishes! I have a good dishwasher, and Cascade powder works in it just fine, as does KIrkland. I get my water hot before I start a load, so the detergent is the only variable. Not a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They leave my dishes clean every time. There is no need for per soaking the stuck on mess. It's is such a great product that I use it in my old out dated dishwasher from the 90s and it works just like it had a brand new washer.

Cascade complete is a great product, however I noticed on the commercial that just now ran during and episode of The Chew, that the sister has on one blouse at the beginning of the commercial and a different one at the end. Just a little detail that caught my eye--kind of like the spots on my dishes when i don't use Cascade--we have well water, so I have to use a great product that will get rid of the spots.

Having financial difficulty I have not been able to purchase dishwasher soap and have been focusing on washing dishes by hand but a friend recently gave my some Cascade pacs and I was amazed at how clean my dishes and china came out, there were no spots or haze on glass ware which with my older machine and other soaps used in the past have always been an issue. Thank you friend who gave me some and thank you Cascade for making such a superior product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I changed from Finish product to Cascade, and couldnt be happier. 99% of the grime comes off my dishes. I sometimes have a bowl that does get completely clean- not sure what that is about. My dishwasher is left smelling clean and looking clean, which is important. My dishwasher is 10 years old.
