[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher is not the most expensive on the planet and has been a source of irritation since I received it as part of a kitchen remodel. But since I started using Cascade Complete, I cant believe the difference it has made. My dishes sparkle now. I wouldn't use anything else in my dishwasher

The Action Pacs don't open in the dishwasher!! They are the worst--they are expensive and they look like they would be a good idea but they simply don't work. Just for experimentation's sake we ran the dishwasher 4 TIMES to see if the Action Pac would open up & after the 4th time we gave up--there it sat exactly as it was when we first put it in. We have never had any problems (nor do we now) with any kind of detergent in our dishwasher--gel or powder--these are just the worst!!!

I'm not always the best about rinsing dishes and each time I load I leave my dishwasher a challenge in cleaning the dishes. Cascade Platinum Actionpacs are up for the challenge Love the complete clean and great scent I get with this product.

I've used Cascade powders for years and recently started using the Action Pacs. Pacs worked well on glass, but I'm having problems with metal items. For 15+ years I've put my small saucepans, cookie sheets, cupcake pans, and kitchen beaters in the dishwasher. Since using the Pacs, those items come out with a black film that comes off on my fingers and requires a stiff hand washing to clean the items. And these metal items never returned to their previous condition. I've even trashed my favorite cupcake pans because of the black. Maybe Pacs don't work well with 7 year old dishwashers. I'll go back to the powders.

I am very disappointed in my former favorite auto dishwashing powder. When the phosphates were removed, the product no longer cleans my dishes. It leaves grimy yuck on all dishes and silverware unless they are completely pre-washed prior to the dish wash cycle. I hope you can come up with a solution.

While the action pacs do a very good job of cleaning, and the premeasured amount is clearly a convenience, the new chemical formula will BADLY discolor any aluminum baking sheet , utensil or pot!! A warning should be printed on the package, not just that the product is Phosphate Free. That is meaningless information to most persons.

I was amazed at how well they cleaned not only my dishes but kept my dishwasher clean too! They are SO easy to use and my dishes are cleaner then ever and my glasses are always left clear and sparkling! Love these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this product. The first time I used it, it not only cleaned the dishes,it cleaned the dishwasher as clean as the day it was installed. I have used various dishwasher detergents but this was the best for leaving the dishes and the washer cleaner that before. Even the dried-on food was history. And the glassware and the silverware come out with a bright shine. No film on the dishes or the dishwasher..better that the finishing rinse that I'd been using for several years. I have and will recommend this product to my friends and family. This is a Great product!!! And I would love to have a stock pile of this product.

I run the dishwasher 1-2 times a day and these get my dishes cleaner than all of the other products out there. I don't even have to prewash with them, just scrape the big stuff off and into the dishwasher. They come out clean every time. Even the time I skipped a day of washing dishes — they were definitely a life saver then!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried this a few times and don't think it's any better than a liquid detergent. For the price I'll stick to cascade gel which is less expensive. Would only use again if cheaper or won the sweepstakes.
