those pocket packs left residue on my dishwasher. Our house has over 10 people using dishes, so our dishwasher is running at least twice a day. a few days ago I noticed an orange film on the inside of our dishwasher. We used all different kinds of the pocket pack cascade. The orange film appears to be a form of mold, and a strange stinky odor was coming from the dishwasher when it had clean dishes in it. We have used cascade for years with no problems, but the packets ruined the dishwasher. I ran the dishwasher empty with bleach it loosen the gunky build up, i then had to scoop the rest with a wash rag. there is still a little bit of the moldy film that refuses to loosen up and clean off, and the smell is still there.

I was at a work meeting about going the extra mile. We were talking about products we would buy no matter what when a nurse stood up and talked about how amazing Cascade Platinum was. Well I went and bought it right away. We have been thru dishwashers and most of the time I hand wash after running it. Our water is terrible. But our dishes are sparkling. The glasses are clear and clean. No more soaking them in vinegar and scrubbing away the hard water stains. I will not settle for a lesser product. I am so sold on this product and very grateful.

As a one income family with teenagers in the house, I had never tried Cascade. Recently, being particularly disgusted by the look of my glassware and the need to rewash half if not more of every load, I set out to purchase a name brand. I must tell you that as a shopper that needs to watch every dollar I stood for quite awhile comparing the prices and "claims" of the various products. I purchased the Cascade Complete which was, admittedly almost 3x the price of the generic. I loaded the dishwasher (And I do mean LOADED) and when the cycle was complete and I opened the door, I was literally blown away! I even called my husband to see the difference when compared to a glass that had been washed with the other stuff. I felt like I was in a TV commercial! I will never waste another dime on the "cheaper" brand, because if a product doesn't work, you have not saved anything. I haven't been this excited about a cleaning product in all my years of cleaning!

I've tried other brands of dishwasher tablets and they always leave my dishes spotted and less than clean. Sometimes I even had to run 2 cycles. Talk about a time and money waster! I love Cascade Platinum Pacs! I no longer have to run my dishwasher through several cycles on the heavy setting to get them clean and I have more time to make memories with my son.

Excited...then disappointed. In my very nice stainless steel dishwasher, All-in-1 ActionPacs do not properly dissolve. I had to rewash 1 out of 2 loads because most of the detergent remained stuck in the open dispenser. Silverware and glasses were cloudy. Skip this one! Instead I recommend Cascade with Dawn Gel... works great the 1st time!

I was SOOOOO tired of left over bits, residue, discoloration, and on and on. I had just about given up when I decided to try the Cascade Platinum Power Pacs. I only wish I had tried them sooner! What a refreshing change to open the dishwasher and be able to put my dishes away without inspecting them. I a true believer and swear by them now. LOVE IT!

I love this product! Easy to use and doesn't clog and prevent my detergent door from opening by melting too early like cheap detergents tend to. I don't have to worry about rinsing and everything comes out clean without food residue stuck on it! Wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Complete pacs are wonderful. The packets are so convenient. You just throw a premeasured packet into the dishwasher and turn it on. It does a fantastic job getting dishes spotless. I would definitely buy this product again.

I absolutely love all the cascade products.Nothing on the market cleans like cascade.My very favorite is the platinum.It truly does all it says it does and combining it with dawn makes it even more powerful.I have a very old dishwasher that is on it's last leg and cascade still gets my dishes clean.I always recommend the cascade product to my family and friends.I have tried others for the heck of it and always go back to cascade. Now it is the only one I buy!!

I have used Cascade products for years and always been satisfied.. However, I recently purchased your Cascade Complete and have become totally disenchanted. All my coffee and tea cups have become stained. I never had this problem previously. Unless I specifically take a sponge with detergent soap on it and scrub, the stains will not come out. I will never buy this product again and will discourage my friends from doing the same.
