This is a great product. There is never any residue left on the dishes, they're always sparkling clean, and I've never found any evidence of the actionpac left in dishwasher. The dissolve completely. Coupons are always available so it's wallet friendly. Love it!

While the action pacs do a very good job of cleaning, and the premeasured amount is clearly a convenience, the new chemical formula will BADLY discolor any aluminum baking sheet , utensil or pot!! A warning should be printed on the package, not just that the product is Phosphate Free. That is meaningless information to most persons.

My apartment dishwasher wasn't getting the dishes clean and left grit all over my dishes. I tried white vinegar and maintenance tried to fix it but to no avail. So first I used Cascade dishwasher cleaner two times and it did the trick! Next I loaded the dishwasher and used Cascade Platinum packs and oh my land, my dishes were squeaky clean! I'm sold on this product forever! :)

These do the job the first time without having to run the dishwasher twice. In the long-term they do work out to be less expensive. Great product all around for removing grease and over-night dried food deposits.

The dishes are sparkly clean and the glasses are squeaky clean with no residue and spots. We live on the beach where the water is rather hard. I will be using this product from now on. No rinse aid needed in my washer!!

WOW!!!! This is an amazing product. I was skeptical after having many of my dishes ruined and coated by other products. I love, love, love Cascade with Dawn. My glasses look brand new! One wash and it took all the streaks out and my dishes look beautiful and new. So easy to use. Just put it in. No mess. No fuss. Love this product. Will not use anything else ever again!

My dishes were cloudy and scummy. Cascade Complete is the only product that has ever gotten my dishes so clean before. Not only does it clean my dishes so well, it even cleans the inside of my dishwasher! I referred your product to my daughter who thought her dishwasher was broken. It removes burnt on food. It leaves the dishes and cups sparkling clean with no residue. I would recommend this product to everyone.
