It's pretty old, and we have hard well water, so I knew I wanted to use Cascade Platinum. It really powers through baked on food, and I LOVE to bake! My husband thought he would buy another brand... ONCE. lol! He even put it in the Cascade bag thinking I wouldn't notice! I could tell immediately after washing the first load that it wasn't right, and after constantly saying "sure wish I had some Cascade!" he's never bought anything different since! :-)

Cascade won hands down. I will never use another product. Cascade all-in-1 cleans my dishes better than any product I've ever used. It really does remove stuck on and dried food easily and dishes come out out shiny and clean. Definitely recommend Cascade all-in-1 dishwasher ActionPacs!!

He makes sure we never run out and keeps a supply on hand. If he is buying more and the store is out he will go to another store or wait until it is back in stock!! Please don't stop making these!!!

i love it no fuss no mess just throw one in and start your dish washer ,the liquid soaps work but there some what messie ,the all in one are so easy ,no waste ,you dont have to buy any thing extra ,your glasses are nice and clear &shiney i love them ,try them you will love it

I ditched the Cascade brand completely when phosphates were removed. Cleaning ability ceased and I noticed a white film developing in my dishwasher. 10 years later I decided to give Cascade Platinum pacs a try. I'm glad I did because they work like a charm. Regular pacs, complete and platinum all list the exact same ingredients. What's the difference?

I no longer have to watch what is going into the washer. Whether it is dried food or even burnt on food, I know that the result will be good. When I see a coupon or a sale, I stock up so it is always on hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old dishwasher that makes it difficult to get the powder detergent measured exactly right. The ActionPacs make running a load so much easier. Not 5 stars because I still do occasionally have residue on some of the dishes.

I've been using Cascade since we got the dishwasher (approx 8 years ago). I decided to try the Cascade complete (because I had tried the Cascade with Dawn and liked it) last week and was very disappointed. I even took out some of the dishes and washed the load again with the same resutls. My glasses, dishes, silverware and plastics were covered with a chalky film. I was so disappointed, and of course since I've previously used and loved Cascade products, I bought the big bag. I don't even think I'll finish the bag and I certanily won't buy this product again.

When we stay in rental homes as part of our travels, they usually have other (less expensive) dishwasher detergents...and they never work as well as Cascade! I'll pay a little extra for my Cascade!

They keep my dishwasher from smelling and I have a stainless steel dishwasher which can smell real foul while waiting for a full load. My Go To Action Pak.
