My husband loves to cook. Only problem is he dirties up every dish, pot, and pan we own. These Platinum Pacs are awesome in getting his FULL loads of dishes sparkling clean. We never have any issues with stuck on foods and we never rinse our dishes before we load them. I would recommend them to everyone.

I don't usualloy ever do this type of thing. But was so happy that finally a product that does exactly what it claims to do...My dishes come out spotless!!! Really great shine I have tried many, many, products this one is by far the best! Will continue to use this great product!

Thanks to my Grandson he picked it and put it in my monthly grocery cart. His thinking was---looked colorful, plenty in container (lg plastic one) that he thought would last a month, and the container was easy to store because of being resealable and stackable. Well his thinking has me hooked. A great cleaning product on top of all the above mentions,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had hard water stains and new decorative water drops every time we ran the washer. More detergent gave us grimy plates, rinse aid gave us a soapy taste and after 3 years we made plans to buy a new washer. Then I tried cascade platinum! Our cups come out clean, the dishwasher looks clean, and the packs are so convenient I never feel like I'm wasting a wash.

I was very skeptical about trying this, even though I have been a Cascade user for years. I just didn't think that it would do as good a job, or it would get sticky in the place to put it (like others had). Much to my surprise, My dishes, and especially the glassware came out spotless. I have arthritis, and these are more user friendly than the bottle. Kudos to Cascade and I am definately a convert to the new pouches.

I had used Cascade Complete before in a different dishwasher, and I really liked the product. However, when I bought the dishwasher I have now, it came with a Finish product. It said that it recommended Finish for my dishwasher. I used Finish for a long time, and I thought I would try the Cascade gel packs. I should have NEVER tried it! It left my dishes etched, white, and completely ruined them. I have tried rinsing them in vinegar, and the white will go away for the moment. However, my dishwasher has not cleaned dishes as well as it used to before I used the Cascade packs. I am now looking into replacing my dishwasher, buying new plates, and so forth. Even after switching back to Finish, my dishwasher still leaves white residue on my dishes which it did not do before using this product. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of us carefully selected and used our dinnerware over the years; Cascade cleans everything from fine china, delicate crystal, baby spoons and dishes with traces of Mom's famous lasagna. After washing with Cascade, everything looks shiny and new - it makes you fall in love with your china again. Each piece brings back memories of happy times; your soul gets a little cleaning, too.

We have used Cascade for years and years. Within the last couple of years we started having recurring drain clogs. After a few occurances we started blaming the problem on poor plumbing configurations. Well, this past week I decided to redo our dishwasher and sink drains. Fortunately, I started downstream and intended to work backwarks... upstream. I removed the trap associated with the blocked drain and found it totally cloged with white undisolved dishwashing detergent. You state that your product is formulated to work in and temp and any water hardness. My wife and I have decided to suspend using your products. We have spent a fortune on having drains unclogged and don't ever want to waste our hard earned money again! Work this out guys!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is the best for keeping dishes shiny, especially in hard water parts of the country in my opinion. Also, I love that the correct amount is measured for me in the pacs. I used to only use liquid detergent, and probably overfilled the compartment too often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband actually bought them and I was kind of hesitant but I agreed because they were on sale and OMG they are amazing! They leave my dishes clean and sparkling, with a clean scent! I love them. The dishwasher pacs I used before made my dishes smell like wet dog, disgusting, who wants to eat off of a plate that smells like wet dog?!? And now my dishes have a fresh scent. I won't use anything else now! I love the Cascade Platinum Pacs
